Room was accessed without my permission, after we checked in. We provided the front desk our phone number, but no attempt was made to contact us as we weren't in room at the time. Lights were turned on, heater was turned to AC, towels were moved unnecessarily. No note left to explain what happened, was very unsettling. Will not return.

I was just driving through, I got there around 1am and spent over a half an hour walking back and forth to the office because the key didn't work. Finally the guy just let me in but I had no key so I had no way to come and go if I needed to. Strange access door inside that I was unable to verify was locked. Heater smelled like awful burning and was illegible so you had no idea how hot or cold it would be.

The room was okay. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door knob made a mark, the AC/ heating unit in the seperate room was busted, and the sheets in that room didn’t feel clean.
