Okay but underwhelming for the price. Seemed slighly rundown. Breakfast was bare bones (just cereal and prepackaged muffins). Cheap towels. The clock fell apart when I picked it up. There were no USB outlets for charging, which many hotels have now. The pool is tiny. All minor issues, but seemed more like $80-$100 hotel than nearly $200 that I paid.

Nice and clean. Could just do with more dairy free options for breakfast

Very nice and clean

Very convenient location if visiting the 5 Colleges especially Amherst College, UMass and Smith College. Good clean rooms and friendly staff at a reasonable price. Rooms appear recently renovated. Great value!

The door at the end of the hall, not the front desk, was not locked at all. The wifi was flaky.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, #306, we were told the linins and towels would be changed every 3rd day, they were NOT. We had to ask for fresh towels, linins were never changed in our 7 night stay. We had to empty our own trash, the room (& bath) was never cleaned, had to ask for toilet paper. The bathroom, had fruit flies, all over the place, the heat /AC unit was filthy, and loud.

As far as Econolodge hotels that I've been to, this one was great. Newer and very clean.

Okay. Took a while to figure out the air conditioning. A good basic hotel with no frills.

The sheets appeared not changed after previous guest (saw hairs). And room was generally quite dated. although this is a non-smoking hotel and room, the room clearly smelled like cigarettes.

Frendly staff always available laundry facilities close to every importante spot. Perfect alternative if you want to reduce costs to expence in bigger cities.

Everything was excellent except that room for handicap that my parents stayed wasn't. The room has a plate as a room for handicap and was like any other room that the reat of my family stayed at. They have to distinguesh how those room designated for handicap looks like, and them put the plate on.

The management was extremely problematic and would not address problems.

We needed to find a place in the Pioneer Valley last minute and all our usual hotels were sold out due to the nearby Big Eastern Exhibition. We were really pleased with this Econolodge. It is very close to our destination of Northampton, as well as Amherst. Rooms were simple but fairly large, clean and fresh, bed was super comfortable. There is even a nice indoor pool. Staff was excellent.

Everything Was fine. Pool was refreshing. Close to shopping.

Everything is good except the air conditioning is too aloud.
