great excellent hotel, excellent certain parts of the room, bed frame and walls there were dirt splattered and you can hear other guests in the other rooms. Especially chair dragging that woke me up a few times.

Walla need better soundproofing. There's a charge if you lose your room card.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. This hotel is gorgeous and the staff are awesome! We are sad that we missed out on breakfast which can only imagine is delicious. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby.

The front desk staff are exceptional. They are efficient, very friendly, and knowledgeable. The hotel condition doesn't do these staff justice. Staff fit for 5-star hotel, hotel itself is less than 2-star quality. Hotel's very old which's fine, but maintenance is horrible. We stayed in 3 different rooms while here (1st night we upgraded ourselves to executive for early checkin, 2nd was line-room, 3rd staff upgraded us to executive- we're scared to imagine what would have happened if we hadn't upgraded) and all three rooms were dirty. Upon checking in, we saw dried up noodle pieces on the counter in one of the rooms, got bitten by god-knows-what in the second room, and cigarette stench in third room ( I thought this was non-smoking hotel). Common factor in all three rooms were long strains of hair left here and there.Definitely wasn't clean.Their bathrobes have makeup stain on the collar lol. I don't think they washed it, they seemed to have just hung them up after previous guest used them. Amenity was horrendous as well.The Line-friends room was fine, but Executive room had amenities that literally had no scent and absolutely did nothing. We took a very long shower each time wondering whether we were being cleaned or not. Long time spent in shower was also highly due to lack of water. It was drizzle! You'll waste a lot of time in shower. Hotel's for sure cheap, and you usually get what you pay for, but in this case, you are paying much more than what you'll get.
