Great view and customer service. The amenities were good. My only complaint was that the meals were excessively pricey. Would come back more often if food was a bit cheaper.

Loved the location, area, and feel to the resort. Very clean, great deep soaking tub, very romantic, had the most wonderful time here and I want to return again sometime.

Excellent service and staff, they all go above and beyond to take care of you and make you comfortable. Beautiful view of the river. The staff found out it was our anniversary and surprised us with champagne and rose petals in our room. Definitely will go again, was above and beyond my expectations!

Staff was confused and misinformed on multiple occasions. I used to enjoy this place and had previously felt it was worth the money to stay here. However, this time around it felt way overpriced for the service we got.

Horrible overall and my 500$ “view” room overlooks some sort of septic pump hous and huge piping, CANNOT EVEN SEE THE WATERFALL from my view room. Unbelievable and a complete rip off and misrepresentation of a “view” room. By the way it was room number 315. I could never recommend this place.

Relaxing! River view! Delicious dining with pleasant service!

Staff was welcoming, pleasant, room service delicious, room amenities are exactly what you expect considering what you pay so that was a plus! The waterfall is just a walk away and average of 30 min drive to Seattle. Love this hotel!

Clean and beautiful room, great food, located next to Snoqualmie Falls. Awesome experience.

The only reason this hotel would get very high ratings of 4-5 is because it is right next to the beautiful Snoqualmie falls. Otherwise, overall more like a 3.5 hotel for the price you pay, in our opinion.

Loved Erik the waiter in the dining room and the valet attendants were so amazingly nice! The new upgrades in the hotel made me feel like I was staying in a 10 star hotel!

Good: -Excellent service. Employees really go above and beyond. They are professional and kind and talented -Gorgeous view, beautiful grounds -High tea had vegan options! LOVED it! -Rooms are VERY clean and spacious Less Good: -Slowest wifi I've ever experienced. Almost like dial up speeds. Lasted all night and the next day -No business center for printing -Restaurant doesn't seem to have much vegan options aside from the high tea.

Great hotel, most comfortable beds, relaxing spa tub in room and excellent food! Pricey for us, but that's why it was chosen for our special anniversary trip...a once in awhile splurge!

I would say its a great place to visit for the day or eat dinner/drinks but not to stay. Very pricey. The room was falling apart and about the same bath room from 20 yrs. ago when I stayed, fire pace was in opt, few broken things in the bathroom. We awoke to yelling about 1am and there was someone smoking in the room next to us, it smelled and the manager was there saying everything was alright go back to our room. When we brought it up at the front desk on check out they said they would give us 25$ off for waking us up. Pretty neat place if it was only kept up and customer service was customer service.

It's great to be so close to the falls, the customer service is excellent, and the spa is top notch. That said, the food did not impress me, and you basically need a car to get there. All in all, though, I loved my stay.

First time at the lodge. Great staff, especially Zach and Emily. Great walking trail nearby and beautiful, peaceful views. Room was warm and clean with no hint of damnpness.

Hello, We're sorry your view overlooking the river and of the historical power plant (did you know it is one of the PNW's oldest hydroelectric power plants and the first to house its main generators and turbine-generators underground?!) wasn't to your liking. It seems you did not see the view descriptions or pictures showing the location of our lodge beside the top of the Snoqualmie Falls, and we apologize for any frustration this has caused.
