I loved my stay.

No doubt the property is located beautifully next to the falls. However, the room i was checked in had a gas smell. I had to change the room twice because the first room they sent me to was not the one in my booking. I booked deluxe room with bath up and balcony, they gave me regular room without both. Then they moved me to my original room but unfortunately i can smell gas leaking. Glad there is a personal assistant assigned to me so he can assist me and he upgraded the room to deluxe premier. However no view at all. Balcony is all wet, cant even go out. The room they gave is facing parking lot. Ended up we are able to rest by 8pm and i had to feed my baby late due to all these hassle. Fyi i only stay there for a night, I guess the time is already running late for us to enjoy the property anymore. Overall, it was a good experience to stay in a nice luxury room but to pay 500 a night with all these issues wasnt worth it. Spa is fully booked, dining is fully booked too. Make sure u just reserve everything before hand. Coz ended up you dont get to do anything.

The bed was wonderful and the view was magnificent. What a great view of the falls.

Great place

Gorgeous hotel with spectacular rooms and waterfall views. Sadly the restaurant was closed for COVID-19 and they beyond gauge you for room service food costs and fees which is your only option for food. Given the emergency situation and lack of choices they really should have had more reasonable options available.

The staff was pleasant and accomodating. The room was exceptionally clean and nicely appointed with colors and that were calming and contemporary. The welcoming cocktail delicious. Parking and valet service were included in room price. Beautiful location.

We liked that it’s right next to the park and the view of the waterfall is just so relaxing and even just to hear it from our bedroom as well. The spa experience was great and the breakfast was our favorite. The dinner experience can be improved

Great view and customer service. The amenities were good. My only complaint was that the meals were excessively pricey. Would come back more often if food was a bit cheaper.

Loved the location, area, and feel to the resort. Very clean, great deep soaking tub, very romantic, had the most wonderful time here and I want to return again sometime.

Excellent service and staff, they all go above and beyond to take care of you and make you comfortable. Beautiful view of the river. The staff found out it was our anniversary and surprised us with champagne and rose petals in our room. Definitely will go again, was above and beyond my expectations!

Staff was confused and misinformed on multiple occasions. I used to enjoy this place and had previously felt it was worth the money to stay here. However, this time around it felt way overpriced for the service we got.

Horrible overall and my 500$ “view” room overlooks some sort of septic pump hous and huge piping, CANNOT EVEN SEE THE WATERFALL from my view room. Unbelievable and a complete rip off and misrepresentation of a “view” room. By the way it was room number 315. I could never recommend this place.
