Great hotel, most comfortable beds, relaxing spa tub in room and excellent food! Pricey for us, but that's why it was chosen for our special anniversary trip...a once in awhile splurge!

I would say its a great place to visit for the day or eat dinner/drinks but not to stay. Very pricey. The room was falling apart and about the same bath room from 20 yrs. ago when I stayed, fire pace was in opt, few broken things in the bathroom. We awoke to yelling about 1am and there was someone smoking in the room next to us, it smelled and the manager was there saying everything was alright go back to our room. When we brought it up at the front desk on check out they said they would give us 25$ off for waking us up. Pretty neat place if it was only kept up and customer service was customer service.

It's great to be so close to the falls, the customer service is excellent, and the spa is top notch. That said, the food did not impress me, and you basically need a car to get there. All in all, though, I loved my stay.

First time at the lodge. Great staff, especially Zach and Emily. Great walking trail nearby and beautiful, peaceful views. Room was warm and clean with no hint of damnpness.

Great place to have of had the chance to visit after visiting with family in Seattle

Nice hotel with a beautiful view, great breakfast, great staff, excellent service! Pricy, but worth it.

It's really cozy, also it right next to the falls which was amazing

This place is all around excellent. From the moment we arrived until the time we left every single staff member we encountered was as nice as could be. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. The grounds are beautiful. We could have easily spent several more days there and been completely satisfied.

The falls arr the reason to stay here. The hotel employees are sweet and try to be helpful. The food in the restaurants is pretty good. We stayed six nights, longer than most people stay, so we feel we are pretty good authorities. The bed was uncomfortable. All the rooms, except the one handicapped room have tall jetted tubs only, no walk in shower, so if you have a bad leg you are sol. After we were moved to the handicap room the shower heads would not stay in place for a shower, there were no grab bars in the shower and the entire bathroom floor is a highly polished slippery situation. The window is broken in the mechanism and the window would not close making it road-noisy and cold. The hotel has the bed located on the ice machine wall and there is an equipment sound humm in the room constantly. The room directly above our room was the Club Room, with a tile floor and every night till 11:30 or midnight. We tried several times to get the hotel to put a note on the door for people not to drag chairs around until midnight but to no avail.

This is an amazing spot and the rooms are lovely. But we came back to find our room only partly cleaned, with bathroom items all knocked over, things strewn around our room, and the bed haphazardly made with the blankets and pillows scattered all about. When we called the front desk they said the room had not been cleaned, even though our tip had eagerly been taken by someone, and things definitely were not as we had left them. We also asked for room service coffee, which was delivered after a long wait with NO CUPS. Very weird. The location is phenomenal but I am wondering if we should have stayed elsewhere and just visited the lovely public park adjacent to the hotel. This visit was to celebrate my 40th birthday and I was disappointed to deal with the bad service.

VERY COMFORTABLE HOTEL IN LOVELY SETTING. A TRULY RELAXING EXPERIENCE

This was on of the best experience I've had at a hotel. The staff was very professional and courteous from the valet to the housekeeper. Being that close to the falls was very therapeutic and relaxing. The surrounding area was beautiful and timeless. Felt like I had been transported to a time long lost and much simpler. Definitely recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Matthew at the front desk, and the entire staff, made this stay an incredible memory. He went above and beyond to ensure my 50th birthday celebration was special. A suite overlooking the falls has spoiled me for any other hotel room.

Our river view room overlooking the falls while enjoying a crackling fire in our fireplace was the perfect cocoon for a memorable anniversary.

We watched a beautiful wedding, danced the night away and only had to take a 2 minute walk to our amazing room! Great hotel!

Hotel was pretty- overpriced though. Nothing else to do in the area except for the hiking trails.

Booked a weekend getaway for our 14th anniversary. Had a great time.

The restaurant wasn't what we expected but overall good

This place is the perfect relaxing getaway! Highly recommend!!

Everything about Salish lodge and spa was amazing! In particular one of our hostess, for breakfast. I believe his name was Scott maybe but he made our breakfast an very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be coming back again someday.
