Reasonably Priced Hotel Rooms near Seattle Airport.
This hotel should be in the $60-70 price range. It is ok for a cheap price but in the price range $140-160 other hotels in the area are much nicer. Worst bed I have ever slept in.
There were overflowing garbage cans in the hallways. That should have been the tip off. Seemed more like a residential motel rather than a place you would stay at for a night or two. It would be impossible to find without a GPS, as there is little to no signage. Since we booked through a travel site, I thought we were staying in the hotel that was a mile away (a much newer and nicer neighborhood). Adequate is all I could say.
awesome stay and people would stay anytime…………………………………………………………………………………………….
Smelled like bleach in hallways, but for price it was overall a decent stay. Probably wouldn't say here again though.
It was ok for price heater did not work in first room but they were able to accommodate and switch me to another room will stay again
I've stayed at this extended stay numerous times in the past year and never had any issues. Its definitely not anything fancy or the place for a romantic or relaxing vacation but if your traveling for business, with children, or to visit family for the weekend you can't beat the cost & convienent location
No continental breakfast or anything to go. Just coffee. Never had my room cleaned while staying 3 nights. Bed was old and noisy. Carpet smelled. I don't usually post reviews but this hotel was not worth the money. I've stayed at better motel 6th.
I came here with my wife for my brothers graduation and stayed 3 nights. There is no continental breakfast just coffee. They never cleaned the room. Not once. The bed seemed 20 years old and the carpet smelled pretty funky. I don't usually do reviews but this hotel was the worst for the money. I have stayed in better one stars where they at least cleaned the rooms and changed the towels for us. I will never stay at this hotel again. The Staff was friendly.
very good location' near the airport. nice and welcoming staff. will go there on my next trip to Seattle.
Was a great stay. I wish there were more smoking rooms. Will be back.
the hotel was going through a renovation so the bathroom sink fell apart with the first night. It was too close to a freeway therefore the noise level was bad.
The hotel is obviously for people that are staying very long term. Uncomfortable with residents loitering day and night. Unbeknownst to me, longterm residents have, what they believe, designated parking places. So thinking this was a hotel where guests could park where a spot was available, one of the residents took offense at where I parked and keyed my rental car, all along the trunk and down the passenger side of the car.
After checking in I was unpleasantly surprised by a heat view of the highway just past the hotel property, but the traffic noise was the least of our worries. The next morning at 7am on a Saturday a crew of painters began scraping and sanding and running a nice noisy scissor lift just outside our room. This carried on all day and when we returned at dinner time they kept working til 7 that night. The same schedule was carried out the next day. While I understand that renovations are necessary, it seemed ridiculous to work on a rooms walls and windows at 7am on a weekend.
Friendly staff, nice rooms. It is located just 10 minutes south of Seattle, and about a mile away from a major mall with tons of dineing.
It was a little creepy. Not very clean.
When I got there the staff was so nice and friendly. I was there for business and personal reasons and the location was great, the hotel was close to everything but not in the middle of it all. I cannot stop complimenting the staff- they were super friendly and accomadating. My last trip in July ,I stayed ay the Red Lion by Seatac airport and was charged parking even though I was staying there, and I thought because of the name and star rating I would be happy. The Extended Stay was are far better deal and had more to offer than just a name, did I mention the " outstanding STAFF " :)..I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and need a mini home away from home!!!
I called ahead to ask for the proper exit number and was told the wrong one. There was no remote for the tv (which was mentioned as something I would be charged for if it wasn't in the room when I left), no towels or soap at all in the room, I was given the normal room instead of the "signiture suite" room that I booked online (and paid more per night for). When notified of these issues, I was told I'd have to come to the front desk to get my towels and that the last time they checked, each room did indeed have a remote control. The issues of my room being downgraded and not refunded was completely ignored. There was a gap under the door to the room, so there was always light coming in, and you could constantly hear the freeway like you were sleeping on the side of the road itself. When I checked out, the girl was sitting at a desk at the back of the room where the counter was, and she didn't even get up. She asked me what room I was in, and then told me to "just toss the key on the counter on my way out". It was horrible.
The room we stayed in was just ok. I was not too impressed. The chair in the room was broken. You couldnt even sit in it without it tipping over. The rooms where nice to have a small kitchen area. but we didnt use it. We where gone most of our stay. The front desk staff was bland and couldnt seem to multi task, but after finding our names in the computer (20 minutes later) they did end up letting us check in early, which was nice. The room was cheap, but in this case I would say we got much LESS than we paid for. It was just ok. but we are going back again next month and wont be staying there.
The staff at the ESA- Tukwilla were great. we had some issues with our room and they were right on top of things and provided fast service. The first room had been smoked in even though it was a non- smoking room. The next room the chair and coffee maker were broken. We recieved a new coffee maker and chair immediately. The rooms do not automatically have a hairdryer but they gave me one as soon as I asked. Unfortunately our stay was cut short but they were very accomadating. My only real concern is that they took a copy of my Driver's Lic and I wasn't prepared for that. Also there was conflicting info regarding what they did with it afterwards. I have had my Identity stolen once before and this made me very uncomfortable.
