Location: Walking distance (5 min) away from metro station Amenities: Upon checking in, we were handed a room key to someone else's room...there was no one inside but it was apparent that someone else's belongings were already scattered about. This was concerning because this was definitely a security issue-we hoped that someone wasn't being given access to our room! The front desk did upgrade our room to a suite as an apology. We drove and there was a single parking spot with a bed painted on it when we pulled up. We didn't realize that was the parking for the hotel and drove around 3 times trying to find the entrance to the hotel parking before giving up and double parking. The front desk told us to drive the wrong direction (it's a one way street) to the parking garage, "because everyone does it." Fortunately, we didn't get into an accident! Value: Given that we received a room upgrade (at the cost of security), there were no complaints solely from a value perspective. Cleanliness: The maid service came by when we were eating breakfast and she hadn't finished by the time we came back to the room. It was rather odd because she didn't leave, she just finished what she was doing in a rush and then left. She forgot to give us towels so we had to ask for them at the front desk. Other than that one incident, there were no issues and we didn't have any complaints as it relates to cleanliness. Noise: There is a trolley of some sort that passes right in front of the hotel. It passe
We had a nice 10 day stay here while I was on business travel and my wife was able to explore Milan. One of the nicest amenities was the exercise and "wellness" area with a nice exercise gym as well as pool, sauna, etc. It was convenient walking distance to the central train station as well as the Duomo (keep in mind that "convenient walking distance" may be a relative term). We would certainly stay here again if we returned to Milan.
Friendly staff. The hotel north of milan. Anout 30 mins from the airport. It was about a 6 mins walk to the train station. Two different malls from the hotel-about 10-15 mins walk. The breakfast buffet was good. No complaints.
Beautiful views; near the ferry; excellent facilities; will go back one day.
