Our experience was excellent!All the hotel staff were smiling and helpful and eager to serve us and offer us a pleasant stay.The room was clean,tidy and always warm,with plenty of hot water at any time of the day.The breakfast was delicious,with good coffee and a variety of pastries.Also,the location of the hotel was extremely convenient,as well as the fact that it has an underground parking.This hotel respects every customer and it provides a good and pleasant stay.

Tiene buena variedad en el desayuno, nos gustó mucho la atención y personalización del servicio. Es un buen lugar para alojarte. Además, está bien ubicado, a 20 minutos del centro en tren, y la estación de tren está solo a 5 minutos caminando del hotel. Queremos agradecer la atención de Marco, y muy especialmente la de Valentina, quienes fueron muy gentiles son nosotros, nos ayudaron con todo lo que les solicitamos y son muy amables. Front staff were nice however when we checked in two young girls were sitting on the counters... and then the same girls tried to enter our room shortly after we went into our room. We didn't feel safe leaving our valuables. Also no airconditioner.

Air conditioning does NOT work!!!!!! You’ve been warned! We stayed in the beginning of September and when we complained the guy working at night said it’s fine and keep it at 20 Celsius and it will work fine and it did not work at all!!!!! We got no sleep because we had to leave the window wide open to not suffocate and we heard the bar across the street all night long!! Worst experience ever at a hotel!!!

Excellent hotel

The hotel is completely refurbished and it is a very good solution also from a cost-benefits perspective. The rooms are quiet, clean and quite large, the breakfast has both the continental and sweet sections with a good range of choice. The staff is warm and helpful.
