Spent 4 nights in one of the Motel rooms at the back - very handy if you have a car as you park right outside the room. The bedroom was something of a surprise - mirrors everywhere (yes including one on the ceiling) and hidden UV (I think) lighting, creating a really intimate atmosphere. The disappointments were no tea/coffee making - a real pain when it's quite a walk to reception - and no shampoo/shower gel. Only three hangers in the wardrobe - did ask for more but that didn't happen. At night you had to keep the curtains closed or people walking past could see in. The restaurant was excellent (apart from the first night when they were short staffed and it took ages to get served) which is just as well because there's nothing much else within three or four miles. Tiramisu like I've never tasted before.

Excellent restaurant with professional service. Needs renovation in the corridor of the basement. We stayed in the second floor but we had to take the elevator to go to the basement, afterwards to walk a little in the almost cold and little dark corridor. Then take again the elevator to move from basement to second floor. The room was really nice with all amenities. The breakfast must be improved having more choices. All in all there are some strengths but there is room for improvement.

We stayed in the motel as hotel was booked out (although tripadvisor still had availabiliy?) I was slightly worried (and amused) when we saw purple mood lights and a mirror on the roof/above the bed and a lot of mixed reviews and worrying reviews and photos from other stayers but the place was quiet, very clean and spacious enough for 2 ... Breakfast was lovely. Would stay again if i was coming through here

Very calm and beautiful Hotel outside of Milan city , but it's not a good choice if you want to be in center of Milan ,I Booked this hotel accidentally , when I arrived in Cesane Maderno Metro staion from Milan Malpensa airport , Ii was so difficult to speak with people in english most of them just know Italian , but they were really good and finally I arrived my hotel , beautiful , calm , nice staff and lovelu city,

Great hotel and great prices for the location. Used hotel as a base for the Fiera, which was perfect. You will need a car or other means of transport, but for comfort, cleanliness and good staff hotel is all you will need.

Incredible staff - friendly and professional. The restaurant has a chef who serves phenomenal gourmet food - try the seared tuna with orange sauce and spaghetti with mixed seafood. Included buffet breakfast had variety, was fresh, tasty, and substantial. Aperativo included complimentary nibbles. Rooms, restaurant, and common areas were spotlessly clean with free parking outside the door of your room. Hotel contracted shuttles to the racetrack were efficient, comfortable, and on time.

I booked As hotel Giovi for the formula 1 at Monza for myself and my husband. I honestly wish I never had! I urge anyone thinking of this to pay that bit extra and go elsewhere! From the start this was not good and it just got worse! We stayed here 2 nights, Friday and Saturday, Sunday morning check out. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel... 3 at best! On checking in we were told breakfast was from 6.30-10.30. Pointed in direction of breakfast and restaurant. We asked if we needed a reservation at restaurant- was told no. They said they were putting a bus to and from the race but only had 11am bus left (which means you got there just before 12 after drop off and walk to track). It would have been nice to have been made aware of this prior to check in... But that's the least of our issues. We tried to connect to wifi in reception, it did not work. We were told it was an issue with OUR phones (although we had been in Milan earlier that day and connected to wifi). The man (one of the managers maybe) said he would take a look into it anyway. Room was ok, clean at least but it was 2 single beds pushed together using 1 double sheet as mattress cover which didn't fit the whole way ending up with me sleeping on the bare mattress most of the night. We tried the wifi again- didn't even show up this time. There is only 1 thin pillow each on the bed with 1 extra in a bag in cupboard. I took this, my husband did with 1. There is also only ONE towel out in the bathroom, again another in a bag in cupboard- WHY??? If there are 2 people staying for 2 nights we need 2 towels! (They put it bag in the bag the second day too 😒). Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on to be honest. Went downstairs to use restaurant- popped past reception to say no wifi recognised in room and check on status of issue. Were told still looking into it. Restaurant- was asked if we had a booking (see above we were told we didn't need one). Watched others come in and asked the same question (no one had booked) waiters seemed rather annoyed by this. Please discuss this with your teams to speak to one another rather than get annoyed at customers!! Food was ok although there were no strawberries (for desert- we were not told this when asked for desert menu)... Our restaurant service was ok compared to their people, as it got busier the two waiters clearly couldn't cope. We watched one table sit down and wait 10 minutes to get menus before HELPING THEMSELVES to them! Shame really. On way back up to room the reception said wifi was fixed... It wasn't. Breakfast on Saturday morning, we went down about 9.45am, there was barely anything left, not that it looked like much of a selection to start with (glad this was included in price and I didn't pay extra for it!) Wifi finally starts working a day later- hurray! (Too late for us but good I guess). Went to room after race, room card not working. BUT room was ALREADY OPEN, assuming cleaner as we double check it every time we leave. This is not acceptable, all our things are in our room!! Husband goes down to reception to change card, it was 'reset'. He came up and tried again, STILL not working. He goes down again and they give us a key for door and turn on the lights manually from their office. We ate elsewhere on night two. Breakfast day 2, we went down about 10am (as we packed the suitcase ready for leaving). Was spoken to in Italian so had no idea what they were saying then was told 'closed'. We said we were told 10.30 and they said no 10 (see above only told 6.30-10.30 and not aware this changed on days). The brunette breakfast lady continued to speak in Italian to us and then SHOUTED AT US! Disgusting behaviour towards customers and should not be tolerated! We went straight to reception and was told no it is 10 it stops...! That was it for us, we were annoyed and hungry so left straight away. Check out- was given bill by reception. It was WRONG. They were overcharging us for room. He changed it at desk once it was pointed out but not once was I asked if our stay was ok (I'm sure they knew the answer). People beside us were getting asked this question though which made it more awkward. Not once were we given an apology for anything. Apart from the lady at breakfast, the staff were OK, although there was a language barrier. This place is not here nor there in location, if you don't have a car you are pretty much stuck. The hotel itself is cheaply done up, it has clearly had a make over but on the cheap. The elevators are very slow and feel 200 years old, stairs are faster. So if you want mediocre customer service, minimal room, terrible breakfast and everything to go wrong- this is your place 😂. If I'm honest it did spoil our trip, would never stay with this chain again, first and last time!

Nice rooms, the staff it's so kind ! And the breakfast service is so good ! The only problem: when we asked for a Taxi the Staff gave a call a Taxi from Milan ! But the Hotel is not in Milan! So when the taxi arrived there were already 40 euros to pay ! So at the end you pay 80 euros !! Hope the staff could fix this and provide a better service

The hotel is just at the exit of the main road that brings you from Milan to the north area and it is very easy to locate it. The room was very cleaned, big enough for 2 people and luggage, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. also modern furniture and big bathroom, with shower access also for disabled people. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is intercontinental and you there is a variety for accommodating different needs, including salad. I think the hotel is going under some renewal, because we had to take an elevator to go first to -1 one and then passing through a corridor for taking another lift and going up on the 2nd floor. The corridor could be better, but it looks like is more a temporary passage. A big car parking is also available outside

The shuttle for EXPO was not optimal : the meeting place was too far of the entrance of the expo, Is it possible to find an other place to get out of the bus, near the entrance of the EXPO, and not at the entrance of the fera.
