Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Room was very luxurious and they bring your bags to the room. Breakfast buffet was very different for the American pallet, I felt like I was eating lunch at 9:30 in the morning.

I admit I didn't have extremely high expectations. I booked the hotel because it seemed like a pretty good location and was reasonably priced. The hotel was actually extremely nice. It was modern, clean, and the bathroom was spacious and excellent. Breakfast was also quite solid. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel had comfortable rooms with turn down service at night. Our room was fairly spacious for European standards. The hotel is within walking distance to the main attractions and was also close to a metro stop. The staff was friendly and welcomed you as a if you were an old friend. The morning breakfast had a variety of offerings and was tasty. A couple of blocks away were some nice restaurants.

Unplassent stay, uncomfortable bed, dierty toilet, Extra small room, bad breakfast never satfied me for 3 nights, no water as complmentry no way for stroller walk or wheelchair, i will notrecomend it

Close to main attractions not to mention the shopping opportunities.

This was a great experience. Tired from a rapid paced 6 days we were greeted by the friendly and helpful front desk staff and check in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable but we quickly shed our luggage and headed for the bar. We love our tequila but found it difficult to find in Rome and Venice. Fabio recognized our distress and immediately entertained us with a reasonable brand and a generous pour! We decided to have a light snack in the lounge and once again Fabio was at our disposal. While we enjoyed a caprese salad Fabio was very informative on Italian wines in which we had recently found a great liking, and was as entertaining as he was educational. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel and thought the food was very good and the menu quite varied. Best of all Fabio was again at our disposal and continued to entertain us with stories about the city and his life. Overall a comfortable and pleasant hotel convenient to sights and with a great staff.

I had high hopes based on what I read on Orbitz and was highly disappointed. The hotel is a 3 star hotel, if that. We did not get the room we booked and the staff was not that great. Overall I would not recommend staying here for the price.

We were very pleased by the hotel location, cleanness and comfort. It is a 4 star hotel and also a family friendly place.

We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night as we were flying out of Milan for the US but I would certainly stay here again. The Uptown Palace was a very nice hotel and was extremely clean. We were very satisfied with our room - plenty of space, especially in the bathroom - it's huge! The hotel is not in the middle of the 'hustle and bustle', which I preferred, but it was definitely in walking distance to the shops, restaurants, Duomo and many other sites. It is also very close to a metro stop if you prefer not to walk. The front desk staff was very helpful. When I told them we only had 1 night, he took out a map, showed us what we should definitely see and where we should go to dinner. I really appreciated this as we could have spent too much time wondering instead of knowing exactly where we should be going. Thank you Uptown Palace

Nice hotel, great staff, can easily walk to Duomo but a 20 min can taxi ride from train station.

Stayed 3 nights to visit Milan. Hotel is located on the ring road by Porta Romana. Ten minute walk to Duomo. Less than 5 min walk to Crocetta Metro stop. Easy access to Milano Centrale train station by metro M3. Easy access to Linate airport by bus #73 (1.5 euro urban ticket). A number of restaurants of various types within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store half a block away. Deluxe room a little cramped but very well appointed and maintained daily. Large bathroom with deep tub/shower and twin sinks. Excellent breakfast buffet with espresso.

Modern elegant and comfortable Great staff Nice breakfast Convenient to all sights

Staff at the desk were very helpful at recommending restaurants and helping us to make our way by train to Como.

Hotel in general was good. Unfortunately was assigned a bedroom on the 1st floor floor facing the street and the noise was terrible (ambulance, police cars, etc). Wasn't able to sleep well. Requested a different room, even was willing to downgrade, but were not able to relocate.

Great location, short walk to the metro station and not far away from great shopping streets.

Overall experience was OK. The big downside is no Free WiFi in the room.

Great location, stylish, but room small by American standards. Hard to control room temp. No fitness center / spa (under construction I was told). Good complimentary breakfast every day. Pleasant, helpful staff. Wifi a bit slow.

Very friendly and nice breakfast. Staffs were very kind Location was very good
