We had wonderful service...Our room was spacious and equiped with what we needed...Had a chance to do a load of laundry as well. The coffee downstairs was very good. Was very close to the train station and the Metro as well. If we come back to Milan we will stay here again.

Really clean and nice apartment hotel near Centrale station. Area is safe, convenient and great communication from the Front Desk. Room was big, really comfortable, really perfect for travelers from the U.S. who want larger than normal rooms for the EU. Would absolutely stay here again! We stayed for the F1 and it was perfect! I thought the front desk staff made check in extremely easy and because of the multiple doors before making it inside, it felt safe. The apartment itself was gorgeous and I felt like a real Milano Queen when I opened my windows. The bathroom was clean and stocked (but the hair dryer could use an update).

Great Clean hotel for families or couples

Great clean hotel, kitchen, roomy living room and big bedroom. Offers gated garage and the front door closes after 8 PM for safety which you can still enter with a key. It is a great hotel for couples, families, or if you drive to and from. Area immediately nearby did not appear safe for walking, it is conveniently located near Milan central station and also Corso Buenos Aires, a major shopping street.

I had booked a luxury apartment through expedia for three adults, however the day we checked in, we were given a smaller room (executive room). We didn’t realize it until the last night of our stay. I went to the front desk to question about our room mix-up, the girl at the front desk said it was an upgrade. I asked her how could it be an upgrade when I had already booked a luxury apartment, she had no answer. Our room number 34 was very small and didn’t look like the photo on Expedia.

All round lovely hotel and stay

Good quality for money. Spacious for family of 4. Studio style room with bedroom area, living space , small dining kitchen area. Double bed in bedroom area and living area two single sofa beds. The space was perfect for our stay and my young boys loved it. Good location, 5 min walk to central train station that allows good connection (10 mins) to Milan’s main tourist attractions by metro and overland trains give access to excursions to Venice (2hrs) and Lake Como (1 hour) . Also at central station it is possible to get hop off and off buses with 4 very good routes to see sites if Milan. Lots of nice small restaurants near by and a great pizza place around the corner (Da Ciccio & Paulo). Hotel reception were welcoming and helpful. Gym was handy and croissant in morning in reception was a nice touch as well as the water machine and nespresso machine that can be taken at no cost throughout the day. We would definitely return to this hotel again if ever in Milan.

Four day break in Milan

Very spacious room. No breakfast option however croissants available in lobby along with tea coffee etc. Water fountain also available. Wi-Fi was available. Although not in the centre of the city access to all parts by the Metro was easy. Also close to Central Station for trips to Bergamo etc. Metro to Linate Airport took only 35 minutes and was very reasonable.
