Playa Lido Unit #6 is a 2 bedroom with Queen size bed, sleep-sofa in the living room, full kitchen, WIFI and TV. Laundry on site.
Great location, we are steps away from Lido Beach, few minute walk from St.Armands circle, a short drive to downtown Sarasota, and Marina Jacks.
The Sarasota Bayrunner Trolley, is free and easy which loops through Lido Key, St. Armands circle, and Downtown sarasota. Nearby are great restaurants, cafes, exclusive boutiques, quiet side roads for jogging, cycling, or walking.
We happily provide some basic amenities to help you pack light:
Fresh linens- including bedding, blankets, and towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started. Basic cleaning supplies -dish soap and kitchen towels. Beach accessories: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.
Parking space: each unit is provided TWO parking spaces.
We have an outdoor common area, which is shared with all other units. It has a Gazebo, with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor hot showers.
Laundry units are on site.

Good Location

Over-all a good stay. Property needs maintenance. Ceiling can light was taped over, GFCI outlet did not work by toaster, one smoke detector was missing and none of the window blinds worked were the major items.

Perfect Beach Stay

This property was in a great location for a short walk to the beach and a drive to a great downtown area for anything you could want or need! The owners provided chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels which were a great help. Lido Key and Lido Beach are very enjoyable

Good times at the beach!!

Everything was as 100% as described. Unit included beach umbrella, nice beach towels and brand new beach chairs. Beach was a short walk away. Unit was small but very clean. Had one interaction with the owner which was very positive, she was friendly and her response was nearly immediate. St. Armand's circle is super close and of course that presents a wealth of dining and shopping options. Honestly, the only thing I thought the unit was missing was some sort of guide or manual for the unit. There was a single page with the wifi information on it but nothing about checkout instructions, info as to where the washer and dryer and garbage were, as well as niceties like brochures on things to do and places to go, etc. We are pretty self-sufficient plus we had been to the area before so it wasn't a big deal but many places have such a manual for people who are unfamiliar with the area and I have found those helpful. Just a thought. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Location, location, location

Can’t beat where this condo is located. A two minute walk to the beach and a delightful 10 minute walk to the circle. Property is clean, but could use some decorating to cozy it up. You will love the neighborhood.

Birthday Celebration

Lido Beaches Playalindo offers a variety of great cuisine, just steps from the condo, to dancing the night away at Armand’s Square. We had so much fun!! Place is clean, and nicely designed. Offers beach chairs, towels and an easy Sunday morning beach feeling. Next time, I’ll bring my family to enjoy this experience.

Great beach and night life location

This condo was the perfect size for our young family. An easy walk to the beach and not too far of a walk to St Armand's either. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful unit & a fantastic owner!

This is our second time renting from this owner. We previously stayed in an adjacent unit that we loved and chose this unit for our return visit because it was bigger and gave our family of four a little more space. The unit was clean, spacious & the owner supplied beach chairs & beach towels as she did with her other rental unit. The beds were firm & very comfortable. The unit (we we had the ground floor unit) was bright & well furnished with a great kitchen. It had front door & back door access. The back door was very convenient as it entered into the spacious bathroom. We were able to use the available outside hose to rinse off our boys' sandy feet & have them jump straight into the shower after the beach. The beach is literally across the street and could not be more convenient and easy to get to. Unfortunately the weather was really bad for our trip and we decided to leave early because the heavy rain was predicted to possibly cause local flooding. Eleonora was very understanding & even offered us a credit for a future stay. This was so wonderful & totally unexpected as she has no control over the weather. She has been a joy to rent from and we absolutely will return to enjoy one of her wonderful rental units in the near future. Because it was raining we went to the Mote Marine Aquarium & Laboratory that was a 3 min drive from the unit. We LOVED it! A great place for kids & adults alike. If it were not for the rain we would have just walked to the aquarium. It along with all the shops, restaurants & bars in St. Armand's Circle are easily within a short walk from the rental. It's a great location!
