Tranquil Vacation Haven in Vibrant Waterside Community
This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a flex space, and a 2-car garage. There is an additional flex room or den off the entry, an area setup for an in-home office or play room. Across the flex space are 2 full bedrooms separated by a full bath. The home features a spacious kitchen, complete with abundant counter and cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, and a large island. The kitchen looks out to the dining area, great room, and to the outdoor retractable screened lanai, making it a perfect place for gatherings around the gas firepit. The owner's suite is conveniently situated off the great room. The tranquil space includes a large walk-in closet and owner's bath with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet. The back of the home features the laundry room and leads out to the 2-car garage. The association community center, just a short distance from the home, features a pool, pickleball courts, a dog park and a playground.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
