The motel is older but well taken care of and clean.For my husband and I it was close to the beach , historic downtown, and Publix.The restaurant that is attached is excellent!

Another property that was grossly overstated and overrated strictly for sales purposes. We have learned that most booking sites overrate the properties to increase their sales. This property is , at best , a one-star hotel. Ths outside is very run down and need of maitenance. Our room had sheets of paint peeling from the door. The surrounding area is questionable as far as security. The staff were very "give me your money" type people and not concerned about your stay. The only positive was the adjacent restaurant (not operated by the hotel owners) that served a very good breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are traveling on an ectremwly tight budget.

There were numerous things in the room that need to be reparied. Inside saftey lock broken, leak under the sink, cup/toothbrush holder hanging from wall, grab bar in tub was not secure, top of nightstand was severly damaged, no deadbolt lock for exterior door. Additionally, the bath towels were more like hand towels. And the AC unit was very noisy.

Room was dirty. Woodwork around doors was filthy! Chipping paint on inside and outside of doors. Ceiling fan was filthy !!! Had a queen room with 2 beds and the mattress were different, one was so old and worn you could feel the springs the other bed was as hard as concrete.The grounds by the pool were nice and the pool was kept nice. The poor staff was working on cleaning rooms from sun up till sundown. This was definitely a first and last for us
