The condo offers a primary bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, spacious 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a great office space with 1 full-size pull-down murphy bed, a large screened in lanai on the front of the condo and 2nd screened lanai with views of the 5th tee box. There is also a one car garage equipped with 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach wagon, pickleball and tennis rackets and 2 small coolers. Perfect for snowbirds, 2 couples or a small family! The new community offers golf memberships, community pools, tiki bar, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, clubhouse, walking trails and much more! If you are staying during Spring training, we are located just a few miles from the Cool Today Atlanta Braves training facility and tiki bar, so be sure to catch a game or 2 while here! Relaxation & Perfection

The place was immaculate when we arrived. Our hosts have thought of everything with a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable with plenty of hangers and storage. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porches and having our coffee in the beautiful Florida mornings. The golf course is top notch with a helpful and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the satellite pool for a swim before dinner almost every evening. Grocery store and plenty of shops and dining options near by. We highly recommend these wonderful hosts and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely Condo in a Great Location

The condo was well stocked with all of our needs. Wellen Park Golf and Country Club is a wonderful area. The resort pool is beautiful plus one of the satellite pools is about a four minute walk from the condo. The owners, Erin and Mike, made sure we were happy and had everything we needed.
