The floor was contiually wet and slick. There were roaches in the room. The door was bent and didnt fully close. There was no holding bar for the toilet paper roll. The tub was losing it’s porcelain and the baseboard was falling off in the bathroom.

I was traveling by bicycle and my reservation was canceled because I did not have my drivers license with me. They also refused to do a refund. They offered absolutely no help in resolving this situation. Just sorry and goodbye.
