"Staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) was super nice and went over and beyond to help us with anything. Ana checked us in… so sweet! The rooms… the rooms were designed by a manly-man with no eye for detail. Very utilitarian! The bed was comfortable. No drawers, just shelves everywhere to put stuff on. The door for the water closet (toilet) was frosted glass, and slid to also be the door for the shower (but not at the same time!) and that door is the only door in the room… so if you need to change clothes in private, you have to be in the water closet or the shower). The sink was right beside one of the beds… so there was no way to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night then wash your hands without waking someone. The lighting was terrible for anyone needing to put on make-up and look presentable. The reading lights were hanging from the ceiling on the outer side of each bed, and spaced weird (one was 2 feet from the corner of the bed, while the other one was directly over the corner of the bed, to where you could hit it with your head on it when you rolled over). The ice bucket was a thin plastic bucket with no lid and the ice was melting before I got on to the elevator (the ice makers are on every other floor). Did I mention the staff was amazing!!!"
