So many things that were wrong, the bathroom door would not close there was no microwave in the room as it stated it would be it , the furniture was horrible. The only redeeming quality was that the bed was comfortable.

The AC wasn’t working in room 121. The night shift guy tried to convince me that it was. I told him it would be okay until morning as it was a cool night. The next morning someone else was at the desk and didn’t have a clue about my situation. He did move us to room 112. That night I came back for a shower. There was no hot water. The night guy was back. He said there was nothing he could do until the plumber got there the next morning. I have stayed here several times and have been happy with the results. This time was very disappointing to say the least.

I have stayed at this location several times in the past and was very satisfied. But this time was a disappointment. . I’m going to have to shop around the next time I visit Salem.
