Very clean and comfortable

The room was very clean, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in while traveling!!!! Pillows were great too. I had trouble with the remote and the manager of housekeeping brought a new one up immediately, along with a menu of channels they offered. The breakfast was great! There is a man working from the kitchen that was extremely helpful and kind, a wonderful personality and great asset to the company for sure!!!

The room was clean but very dark. No lighting by the desk. On line I had booked the handicap room. About 15 minutes before arrival a lady called and said the room was no longer available but they could book us into another room. We need bars etc in the bathroom and there were none. We asked the lady at the front desk if we could get any discounts etc, we are in our 80s and also have triple a. She was very rude,,, this morning this morning the breakfast was excellent and the staff person overseeing everything was a great guy. Talked to the front desk gentleman as we left and he explained we only get discount if we reserved by phone. Very odd. Overall it was a pleasant experience and very clean.

The shower had a LOT of mold and debris. You couldn't take a shower in it. If I sent a culture of this stuff to a lab, I bet the cultures would come back positive for all kinds of gross bacteria and molds.
