Terrible service

I booked my stay on 8/4/25 and checked in on 8/11/25, it took over 45 minutes to get checked in, then I was apparently checked into another guests room and they were checked into mine. The front desk folks were not helpful and the lady that checked us out was making fun of the lady (who was new) about the checking in issue. Ridiculous.

Clean and comfortable with many breakfast options

Check in was easy, the staff was friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of exterior space for walking my dog. Breakfast had a lot of choices, including two types of sausage. Why do hotel breakfast eggs have to be so consistently awful though?! Why can’t these higher end hotels step it up and serve fresh eggs instead of that pre-scrambled crap in a bag?
