Didn't get to stay they refused myself, my daughter and her friends for a bday sleepover stay then tried to charge me a $250 deposit because we live under 50 miles away even though this hotel is literally almost 40 minutes from our home. Not only did I have a crying upset 9 year old and disappointed friends butthe clerk was disgustingly rude and even gave the children dirty looks. She definitely doesn't belong in a hospitality setting.

The mattress was very soft. The room smelled of alot of "Ben Gay" or some other minty smelling ointment.. We have stayed at this location several times previously and had no issues. Our room as 319 in case you wanted to check into our complaint.
