Beautifully appointed home, in a great location. Very walkable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the extremely comfortable beds, to the gourmet kitchen, there is no room for improvement on this property. We enjoyed the chilly evenings out by the firepit, and loved that we could walk almost everywhere from this home's location in the historic district. Michael is an amazingly attentive host, who goes the extra mile when in comes to comfort details, and was communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay! Cannot recommend this home enough! The property is in a great location with a quick walk to bars & restaurants. Fantastic rental. My daughter is still talking about how cozy and comfortable her bed was. The house was exceptionally clean and inviting. The host included thoughtful details like snacks and restaurant recommendations. There is some light that comes in through the blinds in the master, so I'd recommend bringing a sleep mask, but everything else was perfect!

Perfect neighborhood and location

The Central Coast is home for us though we currently live in TX. Knowing SLO, we thought the location would be good, but it was better than expected. The house provides an easy walk to downtown eating, drinking, and shopping. And very nearby are some great restaurants and cafés to enjoy. The weather in SLO could not be better, balancing the coastal fog and the warmer temperatures in the North County. The house itself is historic but very clean and updated. The back patio provided a nice place to unwind with a fire and nice breeze.

The homeowner took special care when renovating this historic home. Beautifully done! We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities offered to us from the homeowner. Loved the house from the beginning - it is as lovely as portrayed in the pictures and more. We were greeted with snacks and a bottle of wine. The decor is what you wish you had in your own home and there is all you need to stay comfortably. Felt like we were visiting our friends’ home. Loved that we could walk everywhere. Communication with Michael was easy and enjoyable - he is professional and prompt and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable, and even the bathroom lotion smells good! The photos don’t do justice to this adorable house. It was so clean and so nicely decorated. It is also located close to downtown and with ample parking. I especially liked the nice amenities like thick, absorbent towels, a nicely stocked kitchen and beautiful yard. Also, the host was amazing with great communication! The visit was simply wonderful!
