I arrived at the property on April 7, 2026. Upon arrival, I noted cleanliness concerns, accessibility issues, and that the elevator was not functioning at the time.Given these conditions, I chose to leave shortly after arriving and did not stay at the unit. I returned the key and access device and contacted both the host and Vrbo to request cancellation and a refund. I made multiple requests for the reservation to be canceled; however, neither the host nor Vrbo has completed the cancellation to date. The host indicated that a partial refund was issued, but I have not received it. A full refund has also not been approved. I also noted that the listing reflected a rating above 9, but the individual reviews were not available to review, as they were sourced externally. This made it difficult to independently assess the property in advance.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.
