1. **Guest Limit**: We charge based on the number of guests in your reservation. Only those listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. **No exceptions.** Our staff is on-site 24/7 to ensure this rule is followed.

2. **Respect the Community**: Please be mindful of the neighborhood and respect the community.

3. **Quiet Hours**: Quiet hours are from **9 PM to 9 AM**. No loud noises, yelling, or music outside your apartment during this time. Violating this rule may result in police involvement and immediate removal from the property **without a refund**. **This rule is strictly enforced.**

At Casa Terra Porto, we are dedicated to providing top-quality service and amenities to make sure our guests feel right at home. Each of our apartments is equipped with freshly laundered bed linens and towels, including one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest. We also typically provide at least two beach chairs for your convenience.

To get your vacation off to a smooth start, we provide a set of **disposable amenities**, including:

- Liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner (per bathroom)

- One garbage bag

- One roll of paper towels

- Two rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

- One dish soap and one dish sponge

This is to inform you that these amenities are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for reviewing what is included and purchasing additional supplies.

**Late Check-Out**
