1st, Breakfast is not included but we were aware of that before hand, sadly they did'nt have a hotel restaurant nor room service, now there was a privately owned "cafe and store" in the hotel but they don't provide room services if needed & the food was not all that good. 2nd, we were assigned a room next to the laundry room which was not a big deal but there seems to not be any rules about the laundry room hours, one night a lady started washing clothes at about 10pm & finished in the AM, OMG 😱 3rd, the drive into the hotel was kinda confusing because we drove through a kinda dead end streets and the hotel was in gated area... Not sure if I would select this Hyatt again, too expensive for the area, and lack of some needed services..

I really enjoyed this hotel. I’ve stood here twice so far and each time has been great. I loved the room each stay. We had to checked in after desk hours our last stay because our flight delayed and check in was easy. There are plenty of things to do at the hotel. The beach was amazing. Communication is very clear throughout text which I love. Checkout outside of desk hours is easy as well. Just send a text :)

It was my first time in Puerto Rico so I do not have another experience so I can compare, but the hotel is renovated, clean, the staff very courteous, nice beach andI forgot to mention the restaurant it's awesome. Excellent food for a small on premise restaurant! Everything we tried was delicious and fresh (we were a group of 10 adults and 20 kids, eating every day something else)
