Property is dirty and ignored. No working refrigerator for entire week. Wine frig does not function. Sand and hairs in beds upon arrival. Tub notch missing to fill tub can’t bath children. Communication with host/mgt company is nothing but frustrating. If you want a property that has pride and some attention to detail look elsewhere. I could have attached 10 more photos of filth or broken items if this review allowed.

Well positioned and bright

This is a good property to stay in Pacific Beach. It is easy to get almost anywhere in San Diego from here. There are stores and restaurants nearby. Beaches are a short drive away. Place was clean. I’d book again.

Perfect place for family getaway

We stayed with family and friends for a get together vacation. The place itself is very neat and roomy for 3 families. The location is great and close to highway and major attractions. Parking at the property was such an ease. TV was already setup with accounts. We immediately felt at home while we were there. Great place. Overall I would highly recommend the property.

Perfect location if you want to go to the bars and restaurants and coast in PB! The house was big and we loved the decor! Host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Rooms were great. Lovely redone bathrooms. AC was clutch. Great patio for hosting. We cooked tacos outdoors and served them right outside. Played some board games in the garage with a spare card table. Host was super responsive. 100% will rent again next time I have friends visit PB!

Family beach vacation

This house was the perfect size and location for our family vacation at the beach. Short distance to Pacific Beach and Crown Point Beach. Many places to eat at as well as had everything we needed to cook some meals at the house. Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This property was perfect for our staycation. The beds were super comfortable and the entire place was clean and decorated well. The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for group meals and conversation. A little off from the beach/bay but close to stores and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Easy access to San Diego attractions

Upmarket. Plenty of room to accommodate our large family with adequate privacy and separate downstairs section. Outdoor area was a big plus to experience the summer. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach and the ocean path with bars and restaurants. Also short walk to lagoon. Close to highways making for short drive to Old Town, baseball park and other San Diego attractions. Owner was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay.

Check-in/out was easy and the property was amazing! It was clean and tidy and SO centrally located! We brought our bikes so we could ride all over PB. We walked to breakfast at The Broken Yoke (great bloody Mary’s), ride scooters into the heart of PB for a night full of dancing and drinks, and the obvious days at the beach! The house was the perfect place for our family and I intend on renting again in the future!!!
