We had a terrific stay here. Location is wonderful. Bayside is quieter than the boardwalk, but a short walk to the boardwalk, ocean and all its fun. The home is right in the bay with a large beach front. Inside is lovely and very nicely appointed. They mentioned only a few beach items in the listing, but there were a lot of beach “things” and we were pleasantly surprised to find them. Great owner communication.

I rarely give a 10 out of 10 with this place deserves it. The view asking you to come in itself with the best day. Love the private little Sandy beach section which we set up cornhole and games for the family. The place is very clean and has three bathrooms with showers, which was a huge bus. Great location between the catamaran and action sports rentals. Ease of check-in and they were great with communication. Love this place and would love to stay again.

Perfection. Really.

Best. Place. Ever. Management company is ON IT!!! Admired the property when I lived two blocks away while at SDSU many years ago. Used to vacation at the Catamaran. Yes, those were great days. Decided to nab this awesome house instead. Last year, brought the adult kids and we all loved it. This year, we rented 3914 too, for our extended family and their adult kids. We came from Atlanta and Dallas, and this is our new family tradition. Can't wait for next year. Already counting down days. Thank you for amazing memories! 10 stars.

Beautiful home and location. There isn't anything you need that this property does not have. Did I mention the kitchen? Every utensil you can think of is supplied. The beds are comfortable and well supplied. Just hanging out on the "deck" while grilling fresh salmon in the evening is spectacular. Highly recommended.

Thumbs Up

My wife and I love this place. It was our third time back and it has been a very nice base to meet up with kids and grandkids who live in the area. The property, which sits on an isthmus, is well appointed and very comfortable, right on the Bayside Walk and about three blocks from the ocean. Walking and biking around the area are easy due to the flat terrain. (But note - there are quite a few steps in the unit which may impact those with limited mobility.) And the weather….it sure beats DC in February! Can't wait to get back.
