CASITA DE 7 PALMERAS se encuentra en la parte superior de Point Loma Heights, en un tranquilo vecindario residencial de Ocean Beach. Disfrute de las vistas del Océano Pacífico, Mission Bay, La Jolla y SeaWorld. Esta Casita es una encantadora casa de huéspedes con una increíble cama King de California, jacuzzi y garaje. La Casita tiene pisos de madera, ducha con azulejos, televisión de 55 pulgadas con canalización Direct TV de alta definición, sonido envolvente Bose, wifi inalámbrico, terraza privada con una hamaca de gran tamaño. El patio de la bañera de hidromasaje tiene sillas y un pozo de fuego al aire libre. La cocina tiene una nevera / congelador, horno tostador, microondas, placa eléctrica, cafetera, licuadora y una barbacoa de gas. Al final del día, relájese en el jacuzzi. Se proporcionan sillas de playa, tabla de surf y algunos juguetes de playa. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionarle un lugar maravilloso donde quedarse donde pueda relajarse y sentirse como en casa. Hemos estado hospedando desde 2011 y amamos a todos nuestros huéspedes y queremos que se diviertan.

Great stay

The best thing about this property is the amazing host! Scott helped us with a small glitch when we arrived and was incredibly responsive. He also stocked the kitchen with coffee so that our mornings were relaxed and perfect! Can’t say enough good things about this host and his lovely property.

Fantastic little gem with a view!

We had a WONDERFUL time at the Casaita, the bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was easy to operate, and the view from the 2nd floor balcony was phenomenal! We'll definitely be back!

Great views!

Great place to stay in OB! Garage parking was convenient and the space is clean and super comfortable. The tide pools and restaurants are within walking distance which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again, a weekend wasn’t long enough!

Nice place!

The property was clean and there was plenty of room. Loved the hot tub! The host has obviously been doing this a long time and has anticipated his guest’s needs. The neighborhood is cute and quiet but the busier area or closest market is down a large hill so keep that in mind if you don’t have a car.

Over garage casita

This property is terrific for just 2 people. If you have rented a car it is absolutely a gem because you can park in the garage! Parking in Loma Heights is extremely hard to find— on the street is it and that’s at a premium!. Scott was very responsive, excellent communicator but did not intrude! He made it very easy for us!

Nice Views

This property had all the basics that I look for, while staying away from home. The bed was great, water pressure all good and coffee maker I could figure out. The outside patio with views was very nice! A happy camper.

Good value; great location!

There were a tonne of positives to this property; the location was amazing, the hot tub was excellent, the host/check in process was easy and drama free. I feel like the posted photos don't do justice to how good this property is for the value- would recommend. Our only small issue was sometimes the water pressure wasn't very good- otherwise it was a great stay!

This is an excellent casita to stay in for 2 people. It was clean & the bed is so super comfortable. Having a garage to park in is what made this place stand out from others for us. The contactless check in & check out is why we choose places like this over hotels. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was perfect and the views were great. Loved being able to use a garage and soaking in the hot tub! The location was quiet and clean and a great place for our visit. Scott offered to let us check in early which was super convenient since we came in on an early flight. Great place to stay!

Comfy casita with ocean views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the casita. Can I start by saying what a relief it was to have a garage for parking!! We were in town for a work conference and had a huge rental suv that would have been awful to park in the street. Scott was super accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early, which worked out perfectly leaving downtown and going right to the beach. The casita was super cute and spacious!! There was plenty of room for all our luggage and didn’t feel like it was in the way. Keep in mind there are stairs leading to the room so pack accordingly. The kitchen was a nice change from hotel living, although we didn’t cook anything it was a nice place to keep our snacks and cold items (local beer, of course!). The bed was SOOOO COMFY!! I could have just laid there all day, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The wall that separated the bathroom was made of those thick glass bricks, so it’s somewhat see through. May not be ideal if your sharing with others or are shy. There’s a cute patio with a great view of the ocean. We didn’t have time to check out the jacuzzi, but it was very private and looked nice!! Love how walkable OB is, although you’ll get a good leg workout if you’re not used to a steep climb. There’s a ton of great food and bars nearby and, of course, the Sunset Cliffs. I’ll absolutely check this place out during my next trip to OB.

Great location

Great place to stay, it was easy to get anywhere in the area. The unit is very spacious, you have a lot of space to move around. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day of walking along the area beaches.

Beautiful & Relaxing

Private rooftop terrace, able to see fireworks every night from sea world! Hot tub was clean, private, & kept hot. AC worked well, beds were comfortable. Only 1 king bed & a pullout couch, decent size though. Location was nice, felt safe. Absolutely loved having our own garage space. Overall we had an amazing experience at the Casita. Would highly recommend for a single family!

The PERFECT location

This little Casita has it all. Beautiful views, a comfortable bed and a location that can’t be beat. The pull out couch worked great for our children to sleep and there were many extra blankets and pillows to make sure everyone was comfortable. This Casita is a few blocks up the hill from all of the wonderful things Ocean Beach has to offer! Be sure to hit up Azucar and try some Cubano espresso and a meat pie- or other delicious pastry! We loved being there and just enjoying the weather, the sites and the easy access to all of San Diego. Here you are just minutes from Old Town, from the zoo, from Mission Bay and Sea World and even La Jolla is only a short drive away. Scott is an excellent and caring host and everything was exactly as described in the listing (or better!). Every morning you can enjoy your coffee on the balcony and be visited by hummingbirds and even the OB resident flock of parrots. We hope to stay here again in the future. It will be our first choice for Ocean Beach for sure!

Had a wonderful stay. The view, location and amenities can't be beat. Having a garage to park in was great. The hosts are very generous and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for a true San Diego and Ocean Beach experience!

Private and Quiet

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Minus a few barking dogs and being under flight lines of the airport. Beautiful view daytime or night. Have to drive to the beach which we found quite a few homeless people. The town is adorable and lots of places to eat.
