Gorgeous, clean property and very close to the beach. The house has been renovated/updated and they did an excellent job! Nice, large garage that fits a small SUV comfortably. Beautiful front deck that is great for relaxing in the evenings.

Location was outstanding; steps to beach, a market very close by and a short walk to Belmont Park. The host, Cindy, was great. Place had everything you would ever need and I thought it was very nice to have cold filtered water in the refrigerator and ice ready upon our arrival. Decor was beautiful and the place was spotless. Cindy had high tech TVs, all high end appliances and Smart thermostat. Took me awhile to figure it out. A/C was great. Cindy also had many items to make your beach stay enjoyable; chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, wagon, cooler and even little pails and shovels. We also enjoyed sitting on the large patio by the fire. My favorite vacation rental in Mission Beach by far. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Highly recommend. From the open kitchen area to the patio. Bedding was so comfortable! And the ease of getting to the beach to Belmont. Great location. And a great patio to bbq and enjoy company.

Great place to stay super close to the beach. Comfortable bedding and nice amenities. Cindy helped us with the gas grill and a tv in the guest bedroom. She answered my questions and came over with a new firestick for the tv the same day we told her it wasn’t working. The patio was amazing.

San Diego home away from home

I cannot say enough great things about this property! It was our first time visiting California, and it did not disappoint. The house is so cute, clean and in a great location! Lots to do and the beach is just steps away. I highly recommend this place and we will be back! The property was also very communicative and wonderful.

Wonderful place!

This house was super awesome. First of all, the communication with Cindy was fantastic. She was helpful and kind, so sweet.The house is a perfect size. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area is lovely. The location was perfect. You are literally across the street from the beach and walking distances to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend!

We stayed at the house with our 3 kids for spring break and it was EXCELLENT! House was exactly as advertised - and even better in person! Great location to the beach, local shops and food. Belmont park is around the corner. House is fully stocked...especially for families - beach toys, beach cart, laundry baskets in each room, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Very Hard To Beat!

My wife and I take our granddaughter to the beach every summer. This house and location are as good or better than any prior visit. The floor plan makes the most out of the space it has. It is very open and you get the feel it is bigger than it is. Cyndi, the Property Manager, is one of several reasons we will strongly consider coming back to this house next year. She is very easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, and simply nice to talk to while remaining completely professional. It is a very short walk to either the Bay or the Ocean. We even walked to Belmont Park one day. It is modern, very clean and well kept. I speak from experience and if you are at all familiar with the properties in this area, I can't imagine how you could be disappointed with this choice. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

Great location on a beautiful, quiet court! Close to the beach and bay and close/far enough from Belmont park, bars & restaurants. I really enjoyed the outdoor deck with fire place and lots of seating, lots of storage, and hose to wash off beach equipment. Having a private garage in Mission Beach is a huge plus to store bikes and belongings safely. My only wish was more beds. Perhaps a King sized bed in the main room, twin over full bunk bed in the other room, and a couch that pulls out. They do offer a queen sized airbed with the stay, sheets, and towels etc. And maybe add a storage hut for food/pantry items. I would suggest adding keyless entry to the garage for easier access. That way people can come & go without having to track down the garage door opener. Especially with teenagers! The kitchen & house was fully stocked with everything you need! I didn’t even have to unpack my toiletries and some items. Great communication with the owner and everything was as listed. I have stayed in MANY rentals on Mission over the years, and this unit was by far the cleanest and nicest one! Thank you, we will be back!! 🙏😎

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house exceeded our expectations. Immediately after I rented the house I received a welcome email from Cynthia. There was constant and clear communication the entire stay. The house was immaculate, cozy and included all the amenities needed, even for the beach. In addition, there is a bbq grill with seating and firepit to enjoy at night. A must stay! We will definitely be back.

Couldn't have been better!

Wonderful place to stay for our sons senior trip! Amazing location, patio and friendly neighbors! More than we needed for supplies, beach gear and towels/necessities. Only downside was the tiny garage. We rented a small sedan and still had to "Austin Powers" it in the one and only time we attempted. Found it easier to park on the main road and walk. Would love to have seen a few bikes provided although you could rent them close by...very happy with our stay!!
