Location was great! Walkable to so many great things. The fact that it had a parking spot was huge. Living room, kitchen and bedrooms were a nice size. Great TV. Lots of opportunity to make this place great. Nice size private backyard with great sting lights but the back yard was unusable due to rusted fabric/metal chairs, dirty plastic chairs and yard not maintained (not mowed nor weed-wacked) We would have used this backyard a lot and could really make the difference in wanting to rent again.There was a Nespresso machine with a few pods, but would be better if there was a Kuerig or real coffee pot--- however walking to the Café Bella around the corner was a treat every morningThere was an off and on natural Gas smell in kitchen and back porch which was concerning and reached out to host but never got a response. We needed extra supply of wash cloths and hand towels – but didn’t ask since there was no response from earlier serious gas question.We used the kitchen a couple times for breakfast but was difficult as there was no cookie sheet and just had two very small skillets. So, a few extra basic items would be great, but we made do. A general lack of response by the host before and during the stay was concerning and not to standard of the industry and 10 VRBO’s we stay in per year.With some communication and a little bit of change, we would definitely stay here again.
