Tucked away just a block from the bay and roughly 1 block to the ocean. The entry patio deck has a table for four and a brand new BBQ grill for cooking. Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen and bar seating for 4. The unit is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, and there is also a sleeper futon in the living room. Plus this unit come with one small parking spot in the garage! (Compact car parking only!!!)

Great little hideaway!

Overall it was just right for our week long stay. And secure for toddlers. Located over the garages so no need to worry about stomping children waking neighbors! There were a few things that could use a bit of attention. The blinds over the windows have seen better days for sure, and really light, so when the sun is up you know. We also didn't know that the washer and dryer are in the unit. There is a door that seems to be locked (later found out you have to really pull on it to open) and we were told that there is a shared laundry. After walking around the building a few times not finding anything we hit a landrymat... A sign would be a huge benefit for anyone else. One big thing was there are no beach towels so bring your own.. kinda odd in a beach town. The patio is great, but would greatly benefit with an umbrella for the table. There is a spot for one, and the Cali sun heats up in the afternoon.. so lunch on the patio isn't possible without shade... but everything else was there. The unit is a lil tricky to find, but offers privacy. You are a house away from Mission blvd so there is some noise on a bustling day, but you do get a sneak peek at the ocean from the deck.. The garage is quite small, but had some toys, a couple chairs and beach umbrella. We spent most of our time at the beach anyway. Overall a great place. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The place was clean, and close to everything!

Always enjoy staying in Mission Beach; I recommend this cute little place to anyone who likes to relax by the water! My only complaint is that the stairwell is extremely dark, and I fell down the last two steps when departing; I couldn't see due to no lighting!
