Unfortunately the conditions of the rooms are not optimal as walls are dirty, tv didn't work and lighting in the room was poor. The main hall as you enter the building is lovely and very bohemian though, shame the condition of the rooms are not good.

Good location, friendly staff

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The location is very good, around a 7 minute walk to the centre. It's almost accross from the Ambar Museum, close drive to the ADO bus terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.

Extended stay at Hotel San Luis

Very comfortable here. The only complaint would be that you can hear clearly from other rooms, the talking and especially in the halls. Talked to the owners about loud voices in hall at 3 in the am two knights, she looked into it and the last night was quiet at that time.🙂

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Only gave four stars because noise from neighboring rooms was an issue, and water pressure on the sink was low.
