The room we booked was in a separate building and we had to walk over in the pouring rain with luggage and two young children. We were told to leave the pram at reception because there are lots of stairs and no lift. Was not something I expected when I booked and would not book this again with kids. Great stay.

Traveling with two teenage sons. The room was large and gave us all privacy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was always helpful. Location was a short 5 minute bus ride in to the center of town.

It’s a charming boutique hotel. The rooms, toilets, linen and common areas are very elegant and squeaky clean. The reception staff are warm, very helpful. The bus stop is just outside the hotel which makes it very convenient.

Very nice hotel that will offer a mobility pass with night stay. Breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the 22 euros. If you go downtown you will be paying at least this amount and quality of food might be lower. Do the breakfast addition. Bus very easy to center area of Salzburg and run often.
