One of the few hotels in town that has large family room which sleep 4 at reasonable price. Room was clean and service was good. A short walk from the train station (which is also a major bus hub with some shops) so it was super convenient.

Very nice hotel close to central railway station (short walking distance) with all amenities. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent food, wellness center and WiFi connection. Would definitely come back.

Great location, just 15mins walk to the center. Very good underground parking ! Only down point is if you are sport active as the gym facility is poor and swimning pool is small. Other than that a good stay !

The hotel is very close to the central train station and to hop-on-hop-off tour pick up, which made its location great. The hotel staff was quite friendly, and the room was a good size. However, the room was quite warm, and the temperature could not be turned down below 17or 18C, which was a little uncomfortable at night despite the really comfy mattress. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the not-so-great pressure of the shower. Although I did call the night staff about the ventilation issue, I declined theirof fer to send someone to the room, simply because it was too late, and I was quite tired from a day of sightseeing. I did mention the issue at checkout the next morning as well.

We stayed one night in October 2017. Because of our flight delay, our group reached the hotel around 10pm. Checking was fast. We were given a room on the third floor. Room was average, and two of the wall sockets were not working ( I was using an international adaptor). I had to pull out the table light plug and plug in the international adptor before I could charge my phones etc. I was lucky to bring along a rack of extension plugs, otherwise the lone socket would not be enough to charge my phones, power bank, camera and pocket wifi. There was an electric kettle, which was out of order and I had to wait till almost twelve before the front desk guy sent up a replacement kettle, since there was no housekeeping to call. The breakfast next morning was good. There was a good spread of food which was quite tasty. Overall, it was an average hotel with a rather good breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. Our room at the hotel was a double standard room. The room was a good size with nice decor. The bathroom was updated and had all of the amenities one could want (hairdryer, make-up mirror, etc.). The staff was always helpful and friendly. The hotel had a nice restaurant area where we had a buffet breakfast each day. For breakfast, there was always a great selection of food choices including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, breads and pastries. There were plenty of tables so we never had to wait to be seated. Overall, we really liked the hotel. To me, the only negative was the location. It was across from the train station - and not near any of the tourist attractions. At night, there always seemed to be groups of people hanging-out around the outside of the station, which made me uncomfortable. It was also quite a long distance from the old town area - which is where the tourist sites are located. If you could move this hotel to the old town area, you would have a perfect hotel!

Stayed only one night so ok. Rooms were spacious n clean. Close to station. Breakfast spread was very impressive with lot of options for hot food. 3-4 options were available in vegetarian itself!definitely

Room is nice but found some hairs on the bed and bathroom which are not from me. Over all it’s comfy and a mall a mall is closed by so it’s convenient, but it has a distance from the central. For my room the price is reasonable.

This hotel was not terrible but many things led to my poor rating. One thing that the hotel can't really help is the location of the building. It is in a pretty ghetto area of Salzburg right near the train station. I have felt safer walking around downtown St. Louis. I am not sure if I just came during a bad time of the year but a few of the surrounding cafes and restaurants had closed. If I had to guess it would be because this area was taking a nose dive. The bed was hard as a rock like sleeping on the floor. They also programmed their a/c to not go below a certain temperature. I understand most places in this area don't have them at all but at a big name hotel I would expect a little more perks. I called the front desk and they told me to open the window which was pretty hot at the time. This hotel would have done better to choose a location outside of pikeyville. The outskirts of Salzburg were nice but if you are visiting Austria go to hallstatt. It is way more tourist friendly and very beautiful.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and modern, the breakfast is excellent with lots on offer - although if you're a vegetarian, best to have an omelette to order. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.
