Me and my daughter stayed at This hotel for Xmas and absolutely loved it! The hotel staff were helpful! We especially enjoyed our daily breakfast at the Panorama Restaurant! Sven and Tserin were very pleasant and welcoming staff! Tserin remembered to bring soy milk for my daughter to our table every day that she saw us for breakfast! That was so special and nice!! We want to thank her and the hotel and restaurant staff!! Definitely will recommend to our family and friends!! Asel

The hotel is located next to the train station and just 15 minutes from the old town. A perfect spot. Spacious rooms and very clean. A nice bathroom and with plenty heat. The problem are the beds and everything on it. The mattress hard. The bedcover children's size you couldn't cover yourself and the pillows empty.

The hotel location is good if you are via public transportation as it is close to the train and bus station. Parking at the hotel is limought (20) and the individual parking spots are very thight. The breakfast is served on the top floor with a panoramic view of Salzburg. The food was ok, on Sunday the staff seemed to be overwhelmed with their duties as the big cappuccino glasses were out and the waitress had no clue that there even were supposed to be glasses. Same for the buffet the staff seemed to have have a hard time seeing when items were out and providing new once. The bathroom was adequate and the tub nice and big. The beds were comfy and standard size. The flat-screen TV was ok too and the room was quiet. Over all good hotel.

Location is perfect, just steps from the main bus and train station. Reasonable rates. Rooms are clean and modern. I love their small touches that make your stay more pleasant like chocolate on the pillows. Electrical outlets by the nightstands. Coat hangers by the door which is perfect for the cold season. And I really appreciate that there are 2 chairs in the room. 1 desk and one armchair with a coffee table. Also, the view of the mountains from our room on the 12th floor is gorgeous. The service is great, check-in was efficient. Room service was quick. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. And the free WiFi is decent, so I’m writing this review on our 2nd night here at the hotel. We are definitely coming back.

I stayed one night with my adult daughter. I don’t believe a room that had two flimsy twin beds can be called a 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in similar 3 star hotels in Europe that didn’t cost 159 Euros. The reataurant was ok. The selection was limited. The pork schnitzel was ok. My daughter didn’t like the chicken schnitzel. They nickle and dime you too. 5 Euro fine if you don’t turn in the key cards, extra parking charge......I wouldn’t stay here again

This hotel was popular with the hosts of our tour group because it was centrally located and within walking distance of the train station and Mirabell Gardens. Despite this, our room was quiet. We found it to be a standard hotel; comfortable. but not special. There are three price points for rooms; Classical, Executive, and Super Executive. Our tour need needed quite a number, so we had Classical rooms. We found that having a place to open our bags without laying them on the floor was difficult. The bathroom was clean and bright. The views of the city are better from the upper rooms. The Panorama Restaurant is on the top/15th floor. Breakfast is served there and we watched the sun rise. The Breakfast Buffet is substantial and there are lots of options.

The Hotel is located across the road from Hauptbahnhof, with the Tram-Stop also out the front of the hotel. The Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds except for the 60 cm square pillows which flatten on use. The restaurant is on the top floor affording good views of the city and the Mountains beyond. Breakfast is served here and is basic with minimal staff. It is a smallish restaurant so book if you are intending to Dine here. The Dining menu is very limited. A range of basic to mid cost eateries are close by. The Air Conditioning struggled in terms of cooling, though the windows can be opened. There are excellent views to Castle & city from a lot of the rooms above the 10th floor. Good WiFi. Handy to shops & station. Good sized bathroom. No Face washer. Tissues supplied.

It’s proximity to the main station is a BIG plus. Comfortable rooms and helpful front desk. Good place for a short stopover on our way to Vienna. Their restaurant was closed Sunday and made our dinner plans complex. Otherwise a strongly recommended hotel.

We stay here in October 2017 for 4 days . An excellent centrally located hotel . The room was lovely with a view of the Main Street . We were able to walk to all of our sightseeing and eating places . We ate at local places at night and walked around the streets very safely . The shopping was great and people were all very hospitable. The Sound of Music tour was fabulous and a lot of fun no matter what age group. The funicular ride to the Museum in the Monastery was fun and the views of the city were amazing. Salt burg is an amazingly beautiful city . The Danube is so lovely and the bridges and parks and garden are all well cared for . There are many surprises as you walk through the gardens . The shops sell the costumes and clothing of Austria. A very clean city that is safe and easy to travel around . Chilly yet sunny during the day .

The location of this hotel is great. The train station is right across the street and the bus terminal is next door. It was only about a 10 minuter walk to the city center where you have a wide variety of places to eat and shop. There was a lot of construction on the new train station but it didn't hinder us very much at all. The room was fairly large and the beds were comfortable. Coming from the states, we were told the rooms and especially the bathrooms would be very small. We didn't find that was the case at this hotel.
