If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! My family was traveling back from Vegas on a long drive. We were exhausted & attempted to stop here for the night. I booked the room through Expedia. I got there and checked in. The outside looked a little dumpy, but we didn't really care, as we were only planning to sleep and leave. Upon getting up to our room, it was very outdated and dirty looking, and extremely small. WITHIN 1 MINUTE IN THAT ROOM MY DAUGHTER SPOTS A HUGE COCKROACH! My husband killed it and we grabbed our stuff and immediately ran out of that room, fully prepared to sleep in our car if we had to. We did not want to bring any kind of bugs home with us. I went to the office, while my family waited at our car. The man in the office was nice enough and apologized. He offered us another room. I told him, No thanks. When I was a kid we lived in apartments with roaches, they are in all rooms if they are in one! He said he would refund me. We sat in the parking lot there while I looked for another hotel nearby. During the time my family was outside while I was in the office and the time we sat there looking for another spot, we watched a series of shady looking characters go in and out, cars coming and going, dropping people off every couple minutes, etc. This place is gives total "crackhead motel" vibes. I 1000% do not recommend. I said I wouldn't leave a bad review since he was nice enough to refund, but it has now been over a month and I never got my refund.
