No trash cans around the lobby. Microwave in the lobby only (not room), but no napkins or paper towels to use. Cant clean up any mess that might be in the microwave. We asked for an extra blakent at checkin, and never got one. Not real impressed yet.

We waited over an hour and a half to be checked in to our room after driving for 6 hours. Hotel was having problems with their system, which is understandable. However, the lack of communication and concern led us to leave and go elsewhere. I will be contacting hotel for full refund. If they do not, I will never use them, or Orbitz again.

The shuttle from and to the airport was really helpful. The exercise area was really clean with up to date equipment. The rooms were really clean and spacious. Only knock was the lack of breakfast items for the price. Overall great stay.
