MY DAUGHTER PULLED UP AND THE VRBO WAS IN A TERRIBLE SIDE OF TOWN. HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING NEARBY EVERYWHERE AND BIG CHAIN LINK FENCE UP ALL AROUND THE HOME. IT LOOKED TO BE A VERY UNSAFE AREA. HOMES HAD BARS ON WINDOWS. UNKEPT OUTSIDE OF HOME AND WE COULD NOT EVEN GET INTO THE HOME AN HOUR AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET IN. PEOPLE MOVING OUT PERSONAL ITEMS ECT...OWNER TOLD ME HE WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND FOR ALL BUT OUR FIRST NIGHT I AGREED TO SO WE FOUND A NEW PLACE TO STAY .... THEN HE CHANGED OUT FIRST NIGHT RENT FEE TO TRIPLE THE PRICE AND CANCELED OUR OTHER NIGHTS. SO WE DIDN[T GET A REFUND AND HE PUT THE PLACE BACK UP FOR RENT. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE.

The neighborhood is not a good area, there are bars on windows and chainlink fences around the entire property. There are box fans and individual little air conditioners in each bedroom BUT you have to turn some of the lights off to run the AC units and fans and according to the host plugging in a flat iron while the TV is on is “too many things plugged in” and thats why the breaker blew multiple times. It was miserably hot unless you were standing in front of a fan and after walking bare foot for an hour our feet were black from the floor. There are very loud and aggressive dogs all around the property and since the little AC units have to vent out the window its very loud all night long. I also never received check in our check out instructions. 2/10
