Bathroom and bedsheets were clean, but the carpet has seen better days. The location is close to the central business area, but for some reason there are a lot of loud homeless people across the street. You don’t really seem to see this in the rest of the area, just this particular block. Front desk personnel was very nice and easy late check-in and checkout.
Good location, but know what you are getting - for the price, the room makes a lot of sense. The single room had a twin bed, and very little space for movement. The same went for the shower - it was nearly impossible to open the door to the shower stall and navigate yourself into the shower without holding your breath. I'm fairly small, and I couldn't imagine getting into the shower if I was a bit bigger. Overall, it was a cheap place and was a place to sleep at night.
