Stayed 2 nights in a spa room on the upper floor. They saved us from a horrible experience at the Copthorne, good rooms but can use an upgrade. Spa is good but a bit dated, lots of mildew in the bathroom. The bedding’s were a bit yellowish, pillows were really old and not fluffy at all. But generally a great location and clean enough room for a couple of nights.

The room was fantastic. All the amenities were really a pleasure. I really enjoyed the staff! They were so helpful, providing whatever we needed. They were also very good in helping with excursions and other fun things to do in town. I highly recommend this place!

Booked the "private pool" room, which isn't really a pool. Listing also says a patio area is included, this is not true at least not for this room. Bathroom in dire need of updating- quite a bit of rust and mould throughout and ceiling paint peeling off in the room as well.

I highly recommend this place. The suite was really big and comfortable with a couch and lounge chairs. The bed was firm but super comfortable. It was also amazingly clean and along with the friendly staff. There is nothing I could fault about this place and I would definitely book here again when we go back

Expedia says 5 stars. Trip Advisor says 3 stars. I would call it 2 stars. "Executive 1 Bedroom". " Garden and BBQ". "Deli". There is no Garden and no BBQ and no deli (it's a fridge in the lobby with sandwiches). TV - the size of PC monitor. Hot tub is the base of the shower, try getting in if you're arthritic. Want a hot tub later, after a shower? Good luck - you'll have to clean it first. Shower leaks everywhere. Coffee capsules tasteless. Sofa is a worn-out sofa bed - no support. Bathroom has rotting wood, matter in ceiling fan not cleaned for a long time.. Microwave has rust inside, Facial tissues - a stingy plastic pack of what - 8 tissues. For Expedia to call it 5 star Executive level is so wrong. How could Expedia get it so wrong? Did the property send wrong information? I've lost faith in Expedia. Hesitant to use Expedia again based on this. I have pics but alas Expedia reviews don't allow uploads.
