This is a 2-room studio as part of 6 Chapman Place, with a separate entrance and deck. In this Studio, there are 2 rooms with four beds including 2 Double Beds, 1 Single Bed, 1 double sofa Bed. There is a separate bathroom with toilet and shower but no kitchen. Small fridge, microwave, and maximum up to 7 people but can be very crowded as there are only two small-middle size rooms without a separate Lounge (total 38 square meters). Good outdoor deck and outdoor space and if needed, you can contact us to add one more single bed. Free WiFi, electronic heater, and TV. This property has a spacious and convenient front parking/lawn area, while internal room area is not so spacious (around 35 square meters more or less) in comparison with decent outdoor area.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please use designated outdoor areas.

Wouldn't recommend!

We were so disappointed with so many things, it wasn't stated on the listing that the accommodation was attached to a main house. It wasn't stated that there was no kitchenette. The space could be booked for up to 6 adults. We booked for 5. I would think 3-4 maximum in this space! There was two double beds and we had the option to request an extra single bed for the 5th person which was a stretcher and thin foam, squeezed next another bed so nobody could walk around. There was no curtain above the bed in the lounge room. There was nothing to wash dishes with even though they provided plates/cutlery. We feel this place was very falsely advertised. Yes it's cheap. But we still wouldn't book it again.
