Good location for visiting Rotorua and the whole geothermal region that is really beautiful. The room was clean and quite well equipped. Not too spacious but very good for a single person. Reasonable breakfast was included in the rate.

We booked a room for three nights for three. The rate was $120 per night. In my opinion, it is worth half that price. The two beds almost filled the entire room. There was hardly any place to put our bags. In fact, we had to put our suitcases upright and open only one at a time. There were no chairs, just two stools. Our backs ached sitting on them. We ended up lying on the bed while we were in the room. There were just four hangers for hanging clothes and then they were hung right on the wall. There was just one free power socket. We had to take turns charging our phones and laptops. The bathroom had no towel bars. There was just a single hook for hanging things and we dare not hang anything on it because it seemed it would fall any time and put our clothes on the dirty floor. The walls and floor were always wet because of condensation. It looks like they did not know that there is such a thing called an exhaust fan. The free breakfast was close to being lousy. There was bread and a couple of toasters, which was fine. The coffee was VERY STALE. I am thinking that they were heavy into recycling coffee. I have had better coffee at gas stations in the United States. So if you are going for this breakfast for coffee, don't bother. The marmalade was just sweet and didn't really have any other taste. There was not much choice with respect to cereals. The orange juice was not particularly good i don't know how this place could have gotten 3.9/5. It is not worth more than 1.25

Hi Braham, sorry for your dissatisfaction, our size of the room is not spacious and we feel sorry that we cannot reach your phone number before about the size, but it is shown in room detail when you booked, you have three person to stay which is totally NZD 120 per night which is very budget in Rotorua area, so our breakfast is basic which cannot compared to big hotel because of the price, what we must explain is that we NEVER using recycling coffee or anything in breakfast, every morning we prepare fresh food and coffee, your review is not true which is ruined our reputation, we will reserve our legal duty, many thanks.
