Staff is amazing we arrived super early and we're just hoping to sure our bags but they immediately got a room ready. The room was practically brand new, hot tub in our bathroom was great. This was our stay half way into our vacation and they have a laundry room open to guests so we were able to do all of our laundry!!!! Walk into town centers is ~15 minutes(completely flat) and the area is wonderful. Really cannot recommend this place enough. If we come back to New Zealand we WILL be staying here again.

The room was clean & tidy, staff were very pleasant. Pity it didn't have a gym but that's okay. We were charged an extre $25 for arriving one & a half hours early for a 3pm check in, which we thought was a but rich considering our room was ready, we had just traveled 4 hrs to get there & all other hotels we have stayed in had a 2pm check in.
