Shower head broken on entry although repaired quickly on request. Small room with aging bathroom and strong musty smell in lift and foyer. Handy to train station and excellent bakery round the corner, and restaurant downstairs with handy grocery stores and cafe at train station about 100 metres away.

A hospedagem tem como ponto positivo a localização: fica próxima à estação de trem regional Quattro Venti, com acesso a algumas linhas de ônibus, além de estar a cerca de 20 minutos a pé de Trastevere. Também há mercados e comércios nas proximidades, o que facilita bastante no dia a dia. No entanto, o deslocamento a partir do aeroporto ou das principais estações de trem é confuso e exige múltiplas conexões, o que dificulta a chegada. Em relação à limpeza, o quarto claramente precisa de uma manutenção mais cuidadosa. Havia sujeira visível nas paredes, tanto no quarto quanto no banheiro. A impressão é de que apenas uma limpeza básica pré check-in é realizada. Existe um serviço diário por volta das 10h, mas a funcionária bate na porta e entra rapidamente, sem respeitar a privacidade — não há sequer uma placa de “não perturbe”, o que é bastante inconveniente. O banheiro foi um dos piores pontos da estadia. O chuveiro é extremamente fraco, praticamente não sai água, além de demorar entre 5 e 10 minutos para esquentar. Em um dos dias, sequer esquentou, tornando a experiência de banho bastante desagradável. De forma geral, o quarto deixa a desejar. O check-in é confuso e, já na primeira noite, houve um problema com o disjuntor, que exigiu a presença de um eletricista. Apesar da cama e dos travesseiros serem confortáveis, a experiência geral não corresponde às imagens divulgadas.

Rezervasyonda olmamasına rağmen Alessandro bize ücretsiz kahvaltı verdi. Çok nazik bir davranış.Her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Otel konum olarak trene çok yakın fakat 10 dakika yürüyüşle 8 nolu otobüsle Roma ve Trastevereye ulaşım daha kolay.

Cosy, home-like accommodation with a friendly host

Good location, good connections to the center without being in the center. Peaceful, not too noisy (keeping the window closed). Very nice neighbourhood surroundings, shops, restaurants, cafes available, walking distance to Gianicolo, for example (incl. to city center if you like walking). Nice home-like accommodation where you can also cook your meals if you want (a kitchen available). As a small accommodation, no problem not to have a private bathroom. The accommodation was very friendly and problem-free, and included a coffee and a morning pastry nearby (at the railway station bar-restaurant).
