Host wasn’t wearing a mask. He also didn’t ask if we needed a hairdryer coffee maker etc as there was nothing in the room

Room was adequet and bed was pretty comfortable for a hotel mattress. Bathroom could have been cleaner ( scum ring in the tub). The only complaint I really had was the snow cleanup in the parking lot. It had stopped snowing in the early morning and it still wasnt cleaned up by late afternoon and it wasnt very well done either. For the price it is a more than adequet hotel.

They worked with me once I needed to leave early from Mayo Clinic. Great service.

The housekeeping was not the best. I took it upon myself to wipe down the outside of the the fridge and the dust on other surfaces.

One of the desk clerks was extremely un-kind. Every time we asked for something it was clear we were inconveniencing her. Other staff were really kind though. Toliet was mildewed. We used cleaning products we brought to clean the refrigerator. We stayed because we were at Mayo Clinic and it was all we could afford.

Fairly close to Mayo. Breakfast is granola bars, muffins, or oatmeal - which is great if you are trying to carboload. The rooms look like leftovers from the early 90s, fridges starting to rust, old school heating element for a stove, horrendous fluorescent lighting, etc. It gets the job done, but know what you're getting into

Staff was really friendly, property itself was really clean. Our room was clean in appearance, but as soon as you openes the door the stench of curry was so strong we could hardly breathe. We know the whole hotel wasnt like this, our room just happened to be the one where someone stayed and cooked a lot of spices. They apologized and offered to refund us if we found a new hotel. Which, we couldn't, everywhere was booked. We brought in our own air purifiers from home, as well as tried to get the smell out with vinegar, it helped a little bit, but as soon as we were packing up again it was back :( kinda upsetting only an apology was given, and we know they offered a refund, but only if we found somewhere else. I dont think it was right that we needed to spend so much time and our reasources to try and get rid of a disgusting smell, just because of the luck of the draw in rooms.

Rooms. It needs updating The dish network on tv kept going out

The staff was Friendly. The room was clean and nice. I would stay again in the future.

Clean room, easy check in, friendly staff, great location

Great staff horible hotel! Room was not clean sheets smelled

Excellent hotel for our needs (Sports Tournament stay). Great staff! Went out of their way to assure we had a good stay. It's a no frills hotel, but the Kitchen, easy access location, and low price make it worth it!

Nice hotel for the price , I was impressed with how accommodating the room was..

First experience with this chain. Had a great experience and would stay here again.

Outside of the fridge was little dirty. Bathroom had odd scent.

Only stayed on night great front desk very helpful

this hotel was very convenient for me, close to work; I had to stay overnight, due to inclement weather and bad road conditions. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Thank you for being our guest. We are delighted to read you took advantage of our grab-and-go breakfast offerings and liked our location. However, we are sorry your suite fell short of expectations. We agree there are areas within the hotel which are beginning to show their age. We will share your feedback with appropriate individuals in our organization as we begin formulating plans for future renovations. We do hope to see you again when you return to the area. Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel. We are pleased to know you liked our associates, but we are sorry for the odor issue you encountered in your room. Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double-check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest. We fell short in our processes and are reviewing them so that this does not happen again. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to make it up to you on a future visit. Thank you again. Sincerely, Hotel Management
