The house was very clean. The minimalist style of the home (very few things sitting around - no clutter) was refreshing.The host was friendly and responded back quickly to questions we had. The only thing I ever felt I needed that wasn’t supplied was a toaster, but I may have missed that somehow. It was so wonderful to have the laundry closet in the bedroom to make it easy to keep up on. The washer and drier were a nice feature! The tv was updated so we could use our logins for streaming anything we needed. The recliners were great for healing after surgery. The only thing that needs to be fixed to make our stay perfect was the couch in the living room that my son slept on. For whatever reason it was in 3 separate pieces and even when we latched the pieces, one part of the couch would come apart from the other two pieces.I would definitely recommend this house for staying a short or long time frame.

This property suited our needs well. It was as described and pictured. Easy access to Mayo clinic, mall and local amenities. We appreciated the comfortable furniture and high quality linens. Everything was exceptionally clean!

All good! Except for lack of one more mirror to work with incase bathroom is occupied.The neighborhood is more industrial. The house is very quiet though. Bed is comfortable. Coffee was good too. Maybe some standard size pillows also . Spacious Rochester is s very nice city.

Great little place

The house was very clean, modern and aesthetically charming. It is very convenient to Mayo and really everything. We were surprised to arrive and see that it is located on a fairly busy street within an industrial area of the city. However we had zero issues with noise and traffic wasn’t an issue either. We chose to stay here vs a hotel for the convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry as well as having our car right outside allowing us to come and go as we chose. The hosts are excellent to work with and we will stay here again should the need arise. Highly suggest this property especially for an extended stay.

Great property for a stay at Mayo

We booked for 4 weeks while my husband recovered from major surgery. The home was very clean and comfortable. I didn't think we'd use the recliners, but found them to be so comfortable that I used one of them daily!All appliances seem new, and it felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. We were 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic and very close to many different grocery stores and other convenient shopping. It was also nice to have a garage in the winter.As others have said, it's on a busy road and you can hear the traffic during the day. There's also a bus stop in front of the house. We did not find any of this to be a problem, however. I worked remotely from the property and didn't find it distracting at all. We didn't notice any traffic noise in the evening and at night.I would not hesitate to stay there again if we find ourselves in Rochester.

Clean and updated property with easy access to Mayo.

We stayed for three weeks due to a medical procedure. The house is clean, updated, and nicely furnished. It has quick access to Broadway to drive down to Mayo Clinic. It is on the edge of a residential neighborhood with commercial properties across the street, so it is a bit noisy. Having a garage was a priority for us, but the garage windows are broken out, letting the birds and other small animals in. Overall, it met our needs.

False advertising and deceiving description

The property is listed as a two bedroom that sleeps 3 people. But the house only has one bedroom with a king sized bed, which forced us to share the bed. The internet worked for about 1-2 hours the entire week forcing me to use a whole months mobile plan data in the first three days, then relocate to a cyber cafe to work instead of working in the house I paid for. The front steps are a dilapidated death trap that need to be repaired before someone gets injured. The garage windows are broken out. The description states the sofa is comfortable to sleep on but was made up of individual seat width sections that would have been very uncomfortable to sleep on. I specifically rented a two bedroom home because my son needed his own space in which to rest. This was falsely advertised, I assume so the owners could advertise the home as a two bedroom on VRBO and justify a higher rental rate. We made it work because my son and I were able to share the bed, but this would’ve been a serious problem had I rented this house for myself and a coworker. It’s a cute house and was comfortable, but the description did not match reality. The interior renovation is well done and clean. The oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer are near new. The house is lovely inside, really. But things that matter (internet, number of beds and bedrooms, front step safety, garage security) should be resolved immediately. Typically for business travel I stay in hotels to limit surprises such as these.

Family Visit

We had more family in town than my personal home could accommodate. This rental was perfect for my son and his wife. The internet was fast which was helpful as they both needed to work remotely. The extra amenities that were furnished (beer and wine) were an added bonus and surprise especially after a long day of airline travel. The home was spotless and very comfortable. All communication with host was easy and efficient.

Just what we wanted

The house was clean and though on a busy street, it was quiet. It has everything you need when you walk in the door and couldn't have been more relaxing. Checking in and out was a breeze and the owners obviously care about their guests. I will go there again if I am in town.

It was a very nice place

It was in a great location. Close to Walmart restaurants and Mayo. We had to make several trips back and forth to Mayo and it was very accessible. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The air matress would be ok for kids. Would definitely recommend for a place to stay. Kitchen was stocked very good.

Very homey!

Nice small home close to Mayo Clinic and food places

I had good experience staying at this location. Host was mostly very quick on responding and accepted my special request for late check out. Few things in house (but not a big deal) that were negative for me, No dishwasher and uneven flooring at fee spots. But mostly, I loved the place and certainly recommend for those who are visiting Mayo Clinic for few days.

What a wonderful home!!! We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed it daily. It is the perfect size to make one feel at home and comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking was stocked in the kitchen. The washer a dryer were life savers as our stay was extended twice. Comfortable bed!!!! Owner communication was outstanding. Best part: only a couple miles to Mayo!!
