Covered By Faith Rentals offers the Encourage home. Encourage is a side by side duplex. Everything except the laundry is on the main floor and there is no upstairs. It is only 1 mile from Mayo/Gonda building and St. Marys. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom are on the main floor. Over 1,598 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 2 steps to get into the home. We are only 1 blocks from Apache mall, restaurants, and 7 blocks to a grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is full.

You can walk to St. Mary's and Mayo Clinic if you want to walk about 1 mile. Otherwise you can drive, hire an Uber or Lyft. You can park in the car port in front of your unit or on the street.
