What I have to say is that of the 5 trips I have visited Mexico 🇲🇽 this is one of the best that I have had, because I always go to Royaton, Hard Rock, to Los Dreams and I have to admit that this resort is not as well known as the others but it is super excellent, the best, the employees, the food, the cleanliness, the show at night, the view of the hotel to the beach, the pools all, ESPECIALLY BACTENDER WHO WAS ALWAYS IN THE CHILDREN'S POOL WHOSE NAME WAS LOST BUT I THINK IT'S CALLED (PEDRO) I'm not sure and the guys at the pool that has the bar inside are great people, EVERYTHING IN THAT HOTEL IS 5 STARS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE

Looks good in the pictures but it is very old property and definitely needs maintenance. Staff is very nice and helpful. We were disappointed to see the beach were full off weeds and we were not able to go in to the ocean and that should have been on their website to warn people who are coming for the beach which we were. They tried to sell us a club membership. Frank who was the one explaining everything and he is a great guy and explained everything. I asked time to think about it then a young lady came over. I am guessing was Frank's boss. She was rude and disrespectful. So, I made my decision right there after I had to deal with her. I am not sure who hired her and trained her but she has no idea about how to approach to a customer. I felt bad for Frank. Overall, food was great, staff was amazingly nice but I can not tell for the rest.

We are a young couple who celebrated our anniversary here. We went just as regular guests no upgrades and everything was great. Our only complaint is we were on the app at 9am every day and weren’t able to get dinner reservations not once. The buffet always had something for us to eat and my husband is very picky. Overall a great stay!

I love everything staff was amazing it was safe and there was a lot to do. Entertaining during the day and at night. I wish the pool options At night were available but they’re not closes around 8pm and they do it for the safety of everyone. Wet bar extremely clean and great especially Gustavo and his unique taste in drinks that would make it such an amazing experience. Yes, tropical and beautiful resort, restaurant are great, food has flavor but it’s on the more bland side and it’s not bad they looking out for you! Different restrictions when it comes to food, i thought I was going to get sick going to another international country on the contrary I was fine food was exceptional I drank the water, salad, everything and I didn’t get sick at all. That was the amazing part, there’s animals that come out at night just know that’s it’s the beauty of being there just leave them alone and they don’t bother you at all.

I like this hotel. The staffs are very nice. The food's good. The room is clean. Only one thing we can’t go to the beach because of seaweed in this month. This resort is good for relaxing

Bad beach conditioned, nature fault due to an enormous sargassum invasion, but we never heard anything prior our arrival. Food is ok to good, there is a good spirit alcohol beverage variety but only 1 type of beer, draft, low quality and not cold enough. Every night the hotel offer activities to entertain guests. Happy for the upgraded received because we book through Expedia.

Overall the resort waa great for teena with so many options. The seaweed made the beach unaccessible and a terrible smell. Definitely not their fault, but the beach was the main reason we came. Also, they gave us a didn't vand for being "expedia" which i thought was weird and we arrived at 1130am and check in wasnt until 3pm. They did accommodate to give us a room 15 mins before but I made a survey expressing my frustration as there werent many spots to cool off and the pool was warm. They hunted me down the next day at dinner to explain the check in policy almost like theg were upset over my review. Although I understood their point, I felt like theg could have accommodated an early check, most hotels Ive stayed in do. The restaurants were nice but the food was ok. We enjoyed our stay but will probably not return.
