Had a relaxing time with family and friends, I we all were disapointed because , the Ocean tone of water it wasn't blue tourquese .

Fourth trip and still a solid choice. Hotel especially pools showing age. Good value hotel.

Overall, it was a very relaxing vacation. Staffs were friendly, the hotel was clean. However, the phone in our hotel was disconnected and we requested twice to come to fix it, but no one came both times. The restaurants in the hotel were good but would have been nicer to have more restaurants opened for breakfast and lunch. The beach was not pretty and had a lot of seaweeds. We went to Chichen Itza for the day and the tour connected with the hotel was good.

I will only mention what needs action- ceiling fans in lobby, check in took long, food could have been better, Adults vs kids in pool areas, guest smoking in pool area, beach not good for swimming too much seaweed, guests engaging in adult acts in public I would recommend only after informing of the above and letting them make the final decision

Dirty. All elevators broke and no sign of them under repair. Hall ways filthy, stairs dirty. Both our room had very little air conditioning, power would go out alll the time. Hotel needs major updating. I will say that the all inclusive food/restaurants were good. The pools were clean, the entertainment great. Beach all along Puerto Morelos was covered in seaweed and the water not its usual beautiful colors. May just be a seasonal thing. I'm in Mexico a lot (3rd time this year) and I've never seen the seaweed so bad. Great (hot) weather, sunny beautiful days.

Great experience staying at the ocean corral, would be nice if it had elevators. The restaurants and clubs were Great.

All was good.. lots of seaweed everyday.. do not sign up for spa when then hit u up outside of spa because they will charge ur room if u dont show up. . The spa people r kind of annoying. Always bugging u when u r on the beach or walking around property

The resort had a very friendly feel to it. Everyone that worked there spoke very good English. The resort looked like it was newly painted. 4 pools. Nice restaurants with actually some good food. Great coffee cafe called Mikes. Drinks were hit or miss depending on the bar or bartender so if you get a good drink remember who and where. The beach on certain days could have a lot of weeds wash up on shore and some days none at all, it depended on the wind it seemed. But me had a lot fun here. Would go back if the price was right again.

This is a great resort. Loved the staff and the atmosphere. If you do not mind being isolated in a resort then this is a great place. The taxis are over priced and we wanted to explore cancun and playa del Carmen. The round trip was $70 for a 30 min trip. They do offer a free shuttle but you have to sit in a jeweler as they try sell you something. You then get to shop 2hours in the area for your free shuttle back. The entertainment was great, and the food was awesome. LOVE the coffee shop. Also, if your looking for a beach that is clear and seaweed free, this resort is not for you. THERE is tons of seaweed in the water along that entire coast. Because of this, not many people were in the ocean. They have a great FOAM pool party. Was a blast. We did pay for privilage and had a master suite. I would recommend this. You have your own beach/pool, and you get first choice of restaurant reservations.

Me and my teenage daughter had a very fun stay there

Nice hotel. A bit from from attractions if you plan on going for different excursions.

This resort is a great place, the rooms were great and good WI-FI connection. The beach had a lot of sea-weed and we noticed when we went to town it was a problem everywhere so not really the hotels problem!

Clean, descent food, friendly, relaxing. No one bothering you to do excursions or time shares. For the money we paid for this all inclusive we were very happy with the facility. The only thing the AC in room could have been stronger

This hotel is stunning! All of the staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. We stayed for 8 days in building 7 with an ocean view overlooking the Privilege pool. Our Butler Luis was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Being Privilege was well worth it!

Me and a group of friends was on our 1st annual adventure club trip and picked this hotel. The room was clean & spacious. My group had requested a bag of rice due to a cell phone issue and someone brought her a whole bag. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

We have been to several all-inclusive hotels and we really loved the size of this resort. We did the privileged status so we had an amazing room. Huge room with a large balcony. I enjoyed the views from our balcony as well as the outdoor shower and jacuzzi tub. Maid did a great job keeping our room fully stocked with drinks and our room was always clean. The bed was a little turn for my liking but I still seemed to sleep okay. You do have to get up early to put your towels out to get a spot at the pool but we never had a hard time finding a spot at the beach. Beach was very nice. Our kids loved the foam party at the pool. Pool entertainment guys were so nice and funny. Israel kept us entertained and even had lunch with us one day. We celebrated my birthday and our sans 17th while we were there and the resort decorated our room (I didn't even have to ask they just did it). Really enjoyed our waiter at the privileged restaurant, Jesus was awesome. The Japanese steakhouse was fun and good. Our steak and pork tenderloin at Bluemoon was delicious. Wish there was not an up charge for seafood though. Nightly entertainment could be better but suited our needs. Mikes coffee was amazing, miss it already. Crepe restaurant was fantastic. The photographers take great photos while your there but they were way to expensive to purchase. I can't spent $20 per photo, so that was a bit disappointing. We had a lot of fun and would definitely consider returning to this resort.

The hotel is beautiful, food great, staff friendly and the pools are wonderful. I would have rated this hotel a 5 but we were only there for 2 days and the first day, the power went out in the entire hotel for most of the day. The second day the power was on but the water was out in all the rooms for half the day. It didn't matter much because we were outside most of the time; however, I felt we should have at least been given a discount offered for another trip or even an apology when we left would have been nice. Not sure how often this happens and I understand it was out of their control but they could have responded in a more apologetic way.

Hotel needs elevators. not walking up 2 flights of steps every day. Entrance to hotel is very bad and needs work, As with every hotel in mexico they want to listen to a sales pitch to buy in to a vacation club which we did not do and every time we saw the lady, she would try to get us to it, very annoying!!!! Food was good but I would not recommend this hotel.

Huge cockroaches, no elevators, terrible food at every restaurant, 1 hour wait for check in, and everything is split into 2 tiered system, where basically you can't get anything decent unless you are in the privileged section.

We are privilege members and we had a great experience with everyone at the resort, especially helpful were Ingrid, Kathleen, Pamela, Pablo and Edwardo they made our stay wonderful.
