This resort is a great place, the rooms were great and good WI-FI connection. The beach had a lot of sea-weed and we noticed when we went to town it was a problem everywhere so not really the hotels problem!
Clean, descent food, friendly, relaxing. No one bothering you to do excursions or time shares. For the money we paid for this all inclusive we were very happy with the facility. The only thing the AC in room could have been stronger
This hotel is stunning! All of the staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. We stayed for 8 days in building 7 with an ocean view overlooking the Privilege pool. Our Butler Luis was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Being Privilege was well worth it!
Me and a group of friends was on our 1st annual adventure club trip and picked this hotel. The room was clean & spacious. My group had requested a bag of rice due to a cell phone issue and someone brought her a whole bag. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.
We have been to several all-inclusive hotels and we really loved the size of this resort. We did the privileged status so we had an amazing room. Huge room with a large balcony. I enjoyed the views from our balcony as well as the outdoor shower and jacuzzi tub. Maid did a great job keeping our room fully stocked with drinks and our room was always clean. The bed was a little turn for my liking but I still seemed to sleep okay. You do have to get up early to put your towels out to get a spot at the pool but we never had a hard time finding a spot at the beach. Beach was very nice. Our kids loved the foam party at the pool. Pool entertainment guys were so nice and funny. Israel kept us entertained and even had lunch with us one day. We celebrated my birthday and our sans 17th while we were there and the resort decorated our room (I didn't even have to ask they just did it). Really enjoyed our waiter at the privileged restaurant, Jesus was awesome. The Japanese steakhouse was fun and good. Our steak and pork tenderloin at Bluemoon was delicious. Wish there was not an up charge for seafood though. Nightly entertainment could be better but suited our needs. Mikes coffee was amazing, miss it already. Crepe restaurant was fantastic. The photographers take great photos while your there but they were way to expensive to purchase. I can't spent $20 per photo, so that was a bit disappointing. We had a lot of fun and would definitely consider returning to this resort.
The hotel is beautiful, food great, staff friendly and the pools are wonderful. I would have rated this hotel a 5 but we were only there for 2 days and the first day, the power went out in the entire hotel for most of the day. The second day the power was on but the water was out in all the rooms for half the day. It didn't matter much because we were outside most of the time; however, I felt we should have at least been given a discount offered for another trip or even an apology when we left would have been nice. Not sure how often this happens and I understand it was out of their control but they could have responded in a more apologetic way.
Hotel needs elevators. not walking up 2 flights of steps every day. Entrance to hotel is very bad and needs work, As with every hotel in mexico they want to listen to a sales pitch to buy in to a vacation club which we did not do and every time we saw the lady, she would try to get us to it, very annoying!!!! Food was good but I would not recommend this hotel.
Huge cockroaches, no elevators, terrible food at every restaurant, 1 hour wait for check in, and everything is split into 2 tiered system, where basically you can't get anything decent unless you are in the privileged section.
We are privilege members and we had a great experience with everyone at the resort, especially helpful were Ingrid, Kathleen, Pamela, Pablo and Edwardo they made our stay wonderful.
Nice and friendly staff... The resort is amazing, drinks are excellent, clean room, everything was perfect. The only thing is the quality of the food. The only restaurant I could eat was Route 66.
Excellent stay! Staff was friendly & attentive! The room was clean! The restaurants had great food! Lots of activities for all age groups yet there were quiet areas too for relaxing. Resort was on the beach. They also made my wife's birthday extra special!!!! Big thanks.
Beautiful hotel and property. Well maintained and staffed with pleasant helpful staff. We had only a couple of complaints. 1st, this place is the largest we've been to and the amount of walking to get from our room to the center of activities was formidable. On top of that, the elevators seemed to be for staff only so at the end of our walk, we had to climb up 4 stories. If we return we'd pick our rooms wisely. Secondly, and less important, the hotel is far from both Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. We like to get off property and shop from time to time so the cost and time to get to town was a bummer. Puerto Morelos is closer but a little too small and run down.
I had requested rooms close together with my family joining me from Canada. I even called hotel and talked to reservation dept. When we got there 3 of the rooms were in 1 building and I was put into another building. They would not change me and they said to check with them in 2 days, but who wants to pack up all there stuff and move
Really enjoyed the different activities that were offered each day. The activity board was fun to look and was entertaining at each activity. The foam party in the pool on wednesdays was a blast as was karokee. The "crazy game" that was played each day was the best part (foam party in the pool, relay races, dance competitions). Great selection of dining options. Was not impressed with the Mexican restaurant. All other dining options were delicious especially the Italian, hibachi, -and BBQ. Really enjoyed that the BBQ was offering overnight for late nighters. Ordering room service was also good. Food came promptly. The spaghetti and cesar salad were to die for. The room was clean and comfortable however our fridge didn't work. Attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. Everyone was so nice and made me feel welcome. Especially Diego! Wide variety of excursions to go on. The Mayan ruins with the cenote was too much of a bus ride however the tour guide Alfonso made it better. Liked how snacks and drinks were offered. Only one swim up bar but t was around the "fun pool" where there were mostly adults. Was nice that the children had their own pool and area. I would definitely recommend this resort to a friend and would definitely come back.
Loved the food, the service was exceptional, the staff was just excellent. The entertainment was soooo great, we had so much fun, we definitely will be going back. I would really recommend it.
The resort is great. The staff were extremely friendly and always accommodating. Pool side activities daily were fun and entertaining. The beach is beautiful. Some seaweed but nothing crazy. They try to clean the beach of the seaweed daily which was nice. Rooms are nice.
Love this hotel, it's beautiful, but night activities could have been better. Also, was told the sailing was included in the package, but was very disappointed to learn it was an extra charge. And if you had no experience it was even more. They shoul have someone that can take you out. Night activities were boring. Same music every night that I can hear at home. Show was good (only saw 1). Beautiful view.
Overall great value for the price. Staff was accommodating and friendly, food was great. Would definitely visit again. Thanks you staff for a great trip.
Overall, the hotel was OK. The resort is huge and so it was a long walk to get to the center of the hotel where everything was. Also, making reservations for the restaurants was a hassle.
This was our first experience at an all inclusive resort. The extremely friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable. At the suggestion of our shuttle driver, we took a walk down the beach to a local town and experienced some local cuisine. We are planning to revisit this resort in the next year or two. Gracias!
