Filthy! Cigarette stench, ashtrays and burn stained bedding in a nonsmoking room. Disgusting pigsty.
Gross!!! Walked in the room and the smell almost knocked us down. It smelled like 100 chain smokers live in there. The bed spread has stains of God knows what and cigarette burns. There was hair on the towels, hair and filth in the tub and a stained chair that I dared not touch. I refused to use the microwave or the dirty refrigerator. The remote control had tape holding it together. The carpet made me want to burn my shoes. The alarm clock radio didn't even work. Only one light worked in the room. This place is supposed to have free breakfast. I wouldn't risk eating here if my life depended on it. Even though I did not want to touch the phone because it looked like I could catch something that may not have a cure, I called the front desk. I requested a fresh bedspread, shower curtain, extra towels (so I could clean the room) and an extra sheet to cover the chair. I was told that there were no bedspreads available. That they are too expensive to replace at $50 each (which is a load of crap because you can get some that are cheap way better than these at Walmart or even the dollar store). I was told no shower curtain because they do not change them everyday. The pictures I took are of the stained chair, the dirty bathtub, the hair on the towel and the filth on the towels are from wiping down everything in the room. One towel for the room and one towel for the bathroom. I'm sure if anyone ever uses a black light on one of the rooms, it will light up like Times Square. If anyone tries to make you stay at this hotel (if you can call it that)... R U N!
I love staying at this motel because it is not far from where I work. The people who run the motel an work at the motel are very very nice to you when you go there to stay at the motel.
This was my 2nd stay at this location. The welcome desk associates clearly hate their job. The man literally restarted his computer when I came to check-in so I would have to wait. I was put on the top floor...a mistake for sure. The remotes didn't work, it smelled like smoke (hence the smoke holes on the covers), the microwave did not work and there was dust all around the window and curtain. There was commotion from both sides of the room at 2 a.m. Alot of arguing and children playing. When I checked out, I wanted a receipt, the personnel helped another person who came in after me then left. I waited there for 5 mins for her to come back, however, she never did. Also, they do not serve any of those things advertised. There was no kind of breakfast or even coffee out.
The checkin process was quick and simple. The room was nice and clean also seemed really up to date. The bed was comfortable. There was a laudry area available and breakfast in the morning. I had some kind of mix up with my flight and ended up not being able to depart until 1pm the manager Mr.Patel was real understanding and gave me a late c/o.
I have reservations made for the wrong date so I shower up on the right date which was 2 weeks prior, and the manager at the hotel assured me that the whould give me my money back for the reserved day seeing as tho I paid for the date I arrived. An here we are fast forward to the 22 of Nov. and they still took my money. So I paid for a day I didnt stay.
So, this was a last minute thing. I was supposed to have a reservation somewhere else that somehow fell through??!! Everywhere else we called was booked so when they had a non-smoking we jumped on it even though alot of the reviews were less than satisfactory. We checked in with the ease, the woman had perfect customer service. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. We had a small breakfast in the morning and were on our way, took us like 3 minutes to get back to the airport and we also paid much less here than where we had the previous reservation. Definitely staying here again.
I would rate this hotel as adequate, but not special. The bed was all right and we slept okay, but the facility was outdated, still had two levels, no new furniture, sloppy painting, and no decent breakfast. I would not choose to stay there again for any price.
Thin sheets to sleep with, woke up with insect bites (dont know what it was). Guy at desk was rude
The bed was very comfortable. Two lights in bathroom did not work from beginning..they replaced. Never apologized. Otherwise very friendly. Building very drab. Needs freshened up. Breakfast bar a joke. No where to sit down. Take what little there to room. Best feature was the bed.
