The property accommodated my family of three nicely. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The property is simply beautiful with a minimalist feel, not too much “stuff” or clutter. It’s close to a must try restaurant, The Croaker Spot which was simply delicious. However, there were a few things to note that kept me from giving it a perfect rating. The furniture, sofa specifically, is very uncomfortable. It’s very low to the ground and accommodates two people max. The front porch had seating but it was too dirty to utilize and there was nothing available to clean it in the event we wanted to sit out on the porch. Spider webs and debris was enough to not even consider it. Towels and wash clothes were grey in color but they had been bleached. It was time to replace them. We went out and purchased our own. The only thing that would keep me from staying here again would be the comfort of the front room furniture.. after a long day out in the city, being able to just chill and rest comfortably is important.
