Perfect in every way. Love Bistro Napa. Great staff, food drink specials.

No response from Atlantis management. I survived and had a great time. But at least Senior management could have shown some sympathy for my plight. Java was good fresh oj and ok coffee, fresh fruit

Great location. About $10 uber ride to Reno strip and easy drive to Lake Taho.

Very nice stay had no problems, except someone was smoking on the non-smoking floor. Other than that it was a great place to stay safe, fun with a lot to do.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

The room temperature was unbearable, the termastat didn't work and I literally almost melted alive even with it being 20 degrees outside. The down comforter hidden between two freshly new sheets were old and the filling was clumped together. The room was dated and I could feel the mattress springs... I probably would've had a better experience at motel 6..

Atlantis is an extrodinay hotel and casino. I had to leave before I could enjoy all it had to offer. It's a 2 nite stay kind of place!

When asked they upgraded to a better room for free.

Ii was so pleasantly suprised this is a fantastic resort, the room was executive style comfort and luxury, i will go back again and again.

Atlantis is a great hotel. It is better kept then Peppermill but Peppermill has a greater selection of tables open for gambling.

This was a great Thanksgiving rendezvous location for our family. It is nicely situated near restaurants in southern Reno.

Great room, spacious and clean, has Bose sound but no Bluetooth or USB charging, (but has Tesla Supercharging Station) with 1pm checkout. Great buffet, great selection.

Got a great rate on Orbitz. Loved the shuttle to and from the airport.

Quiet, clean classy and large rooms. Friendly staff. No smoke smell in rooms. I would stay in tithe Atlantis in the future.

I asked upon check in if there was any upgrades available, I figured they would automaticly do so since it was "VIP" hotel. The front desk attendent said no since they were sold out for the weekend. No worries I felt I was there to relax and have a stress free weekend. We got up to the room and rooms are renovated and look nice and comfortable. My brother who was staying with me and cousin who was with us and myself noticed a funky smell in the room. One of those smells where they try to mask a bad smell with a deodorant. They asked me to call and get a room change, I told them they told me they were booked for the weekend, doubt they had anything to move to. Ends up they read my check in review and called and left me a voice mail which I didn't hear until Sunday to offer me a room in the luxury tower. Wait! how can this be? They told me from the get go there was no more rooms available or upgrades when I checked in? Yet I made a simple and obvious compalin and all of a sudden they have a room with an upgrade? At least the spa was an excellent experience as well as the massage at the Spa. This used to be a great hotel option, but given the service seems to have slipped the last few times I have visited I can't recommend it until things improve.

The room was spacious, comfortable, modern, and clean. It had everything I needed.

Just passing through town on business and this was one of the few 4-star rated hotels that boasted a "spa". However, it was basically just a big casino (I am not a gambler), with restaurants you couldn't get to without walking through the smoky casino where elderly people were gambling away their social security checks in a darkened room where you couldn't even tell what time of day it was. And the spa was booked solid a week or more in advance and they don't let you go to the sauna or anything in there without an appointment. The rooms were nice enough, but basically like a Marriott with an okay fitness room if you weren't there to gamble.

Very friendly staff. Clean modern rooms. Comparable to other resorts

The rooms were excellent and hotel staff very friendly

Very nice small casino (big casino feel), easy to get around, used valet parking and will never use self parking again, thanks guys, didn't meet an employee that wasn't very nice and helpful, thanks guys, great buffet, great pizza, nice clean spacious room, too bad we got neighbors with a screaming baby. Those are the chances. All around we will be back. Thanks
