Stayed in Luxury Tower, very nice room comfortable bed and clean. Only one person at desk on check in, was a bit slow but once I got to desk he was excellent, friendly and helpful. Elevators are being renovated so was quite slow at times waiting to get down to main floor from our room. Overall stay was great.

Good shuttle service and having a buffet in one area was very convenient for travelers not comfortable with driving in Reno

Great location and nice indoor pool! Check in and out was easy and they were able to store our luggage (we had skis) for the 3 nights we stayed there.

We hanged out a room service sign when we left room for an outing the morning of our second day arrival. When returned room after dinner, the sign was flipped to "Privacy" and the room wasn't cleaned and no service was provided during our second day. Apparently, hotel had their own "BOGO" promotion and inadequate staff support for higher occupancy.

I was unlucky to find bed bugs in my last two hotel stays at GS-Reno and another hotel in SF. No bed bugs at Atlantis .. huge relief :)

Good did not stay long enough to get a good idea of every thing would like to come back

The heater makes noises all night like it is falling apart. The curtain is hanging (possibly broke). Their are visible handprints on the wall by door making me feel like I’m in a dirty room. The room is uncomfortably small and inconvenient to move larger suitcase around in. If you touch the mattress it slides. All the soaps are empty in bathroom. Scheduled for two people and only two towels.

Reception wasn’t friendly. Got a room with the view of he roof and the pool building blocking all the lights. They did give me another room after I complained. The ventilation in the hotel is bad. The air is so dry my nose was bleeding. The casino area was very stuffy and smoky. The indoor pool is pretty boring, not even deep. The buffet was the best.

nice hotel, close to freeways, restaurants & shopping

I just simply wanted to soak in a hot tub. Unfortunately my resort fee got me absolutely nothing! The outside hot tub was closed and the casino wanted to charge me 70$ to use the inside hot tub. Ridiculous. Do not recommend to anyone that wants to just relax and enjoy themselves.

Ok. Too much cigarette smoking's smell. Bad for our kids. The location for buffet is full of smoke in the air.
