Over all good

Everything overall

This place was horrible. Water shut off at midnight to 4 am rooms smelled dirty and for a non smoking floor smelled the worst of smoke. It attracts a crowd that is no good. The only good thing is the temperature check and the Red Bloom. I will never come back.

We have stayed several times at this areana. However the fact that we normally have a fridge and microwave and did not this time concerns me. The front desk person did ask if we wanted to upgrade but was not specific about not having those items in the room we had. I don't believe that we will stay here again if we have to upgrade for what I consider basics. Also they did not have ture penny machines that many seniors enjoy. Sometime change is not best

Slow season for the hotel to have excuses about service and everything was over the limit when it came to booking appointment to eat or to get to a good place I will not recommend this hotel at all

I have stayed at Atlantis many times. It is a very nice facility . The mountain view is nice. My only complaint is We reserved a king room and was told they were all taken before we got there. Not sure if they know what the word reservation means.

Yo avia reservado habitación de 2 camas y solo me pudieron dar con una cama y con jacuzzi, para que fregados quiero jacuzzi si lo que yo quería era dormir y dormir en el suelo no es muy cómodo.

Casino floor games are not loose and don’t pay very little

The property is similar to many in the Reno area but the staff went above and beyond to help. We were traveling w two small children and they were helpful and very accommodating.

My review will not fit into this box. Please see full review on Google Reviews @ Whats Eating Mo Now my review if for the hotel and resort only, we had a great experience at all of the restaurants, bars, and in the gaming area. We arrived mid/late afternoon, around 4 p.m. (check in was at 3) and went to registration. The associate behind the counter was nice, helpful and checked us in quickly (but turns out he wasn’t as helpful as we thought, more to come). He gave us our room key and that was it. Nothing wrong so far. We got to our room, 447, opened the door and it looked nice. Good size, nice bed, nice TV, and upgraded bathroom and fixtures. Well, that’s about it. I went to open the curtains and it was a view of a rooftop of the lower floor, ducting and that’s about it. For the price I paid, $353.58, and arriving early, I should have had the nicest room available in that tower at that price point. Being a “Platinum” member with Orbitz, they say I should have some perks, like free room upgrade, early and late check in, and exclusive VIP perks. Not sure what that is, but sure as hell didn’t get it, nor did I get the free upgrade, and I know that they had rooms available because I was at a Black Jack table near registration and saw people lined up to check in late into the evening. If they try to give you any room in the 400’s with an odd number, refuse it immediately!!

We enjoyed that the place did not smell like smoke. The rooms were clean but did not have a microwave or fridge unless you are in a luxury room. The Peppermill down the road has them in all their rooms. Overall a very nice stay. The indoor pool was fantastic. Lots of choices for food

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Check in was great and the staff was being friendly and accommodating! The luxury rooms were comfortable.

Always friendly, clean rooms. We enjoy the second floor aracde for the kids.
